I really like to go to this shop. I had the pleasure of meeting K and she was so helpful and patient with me. I have had a traumatic brain injury. So, she helped me select the perfect strain for my needs. I totally recommend Coughy shop to anyone who can go. The bud tenders, the atmosphere and the selection and prices will definitely bring me back! Thanks again.

vape carts/pods less than $20! I bought a eightbit dream sativa infused live rosin cart for $15 and they even accept coins 😁. Quality of the concentrate is satisfactory and of thick consistency with a mild popsicle flavor 😋 Jessy recommended me this cart 👍 very nice products and customer service at this dispensary, have a good day

Very slow even when they have multiple bud tenders so line always backs up and it takes forever just to make a quick transaction

Great selection at the right price! And it is a cool place too with nice people. Just be aware of something important: CASH ONLY! Also, you get checked in with a scan (need ID) so basically they create a profile for you. Not too excited about that. That should be mentioned before hand. (Specifically that it gets scanned and added to system. I thought they just needed to see the ID to be allowed to get in)

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase of your 20-pack pre-rolled joints, totaling $40. Unfortunately, the quality of this product did not meet the expected standards for a professional cannabis brand. I encountered several significant issues with the craftsmanship and smokeability of the product: Grind Consistency: The flower appeared to be ground far too fine, resulting in a packed density that severely restricted airflow. This made the joints difficult to draw from and hindered the overall experience. Burn Quality: Due to the uneven pack and fine grind, the joints burned inconsistently (boating/running sideways), leading to significant product waste. Flavor Profile: The taste was uncharacteristically harsh and "spicy," which was not indicative of premium flower. The overall quality felt more aligned with lower-tier "floor" material rather than the quality advertised. As a consumer, I value consistency and quality. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve your production and quality control processes. Does the company offer any recourse for subpar batches, or can you recommend a different product line that ensures a smoother, more professional burn and flavor profile? I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these quality concerns.

Omg this place is so cute and fun, jasmine was very helpful! We got 15% off for first time visit but 3 bags of edibles and a pre roll joint for $55!

I’ve been to Coughy Shop Dispensary on Palm Drive many times and usually don’t have problems with the staff or the products themselves. However, this location is often pretty limited on options, even within the same brand, which can be frustrating. Today was the first time I had a real issue — I was given the wrong item than what I specifically asked for and purchased. I went back 1 minute later, after getting in my car, to see if they could exchange it for the strain I originally chose. I explained that I understand they have a policy to double-check your order before walking out, but that I usually don’t have this issue, front desk stated I should’ve checked during purchasing, I explained that I did check while paying. Even after explaining that I selected a specific strain and was still given the wrong one, I was told unfortunately they couldn’t help me. While I don’t usually have bad experiences here, this situation was disappointing and could have been handled better. Hopefully they can improve inventory consistency and accuracy with orders.

Been here twice and its always weird vibes. I told the girl I usually go to the other location and thought I saw what I usually got but wanted to be sure. She literally rolled her eyes lol. My confirmation I dont avoid this location for nothing.

This place is great! Second location is super easy to find! Just head North off Gene Autrey! Stay north of downtown for best prices! Morgan is a great budtender. Friendly and knowledgeable! Great team! Great selection and prices!
