The facility is great, the people are friendly and helpful. My one criticism is that their kiosks are NEVER up to date. Every single time I stop in, I have to redo my order at least once on a new kiosk because my order leads to a “sorry this page doesn’t exist” screen. Every. Single. Time.

Products are okay for the most part. But the bathrooms are less than desirable & the lines for the registers can be long. Also why is it that i have to wait when i put in a online order?

Cheyenne was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, had a wonderful personality, took her time with us, and explained everything thoroughly. I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like this in any store throughout my adult life. If you’re coming here, do yourself a favor and ask for Cheyenne, you won’t regret it! She is truly everything and a bag of chips. The store has everything you need, and the customer service is unmatched. Oh, and don’t forget to check out her nails, they’re fabulous!

Hands down the slowest dispensary in the state. There is only ever one person working the counter no matter how many customers are in line. Im fully convinced this is a franchise and not owned by the same owners as the INSA’s in Mass. Those run like a well oiled machine. This store is a joke compared to them.

I mean there's nothing to see there, just a big open building.. you order your stuff on your phone or kiosk and there you go I'm just tired of paying all these damn taxes... Better off going to the official smoke shops.. $20 for an 8th.. and they want $50 plus all these crazy taxes... This is the reason why it was so people go over the border to Massachusetts.. SO MUCH CHEAPER!!

Will literally NEVER shop here or buy Earl Baker’s garbage again. I purchased 8 Earl Baker Headspace and the first one I grab and decide to weight today is at 2.30g??? I call and they say bring it in to replace it? I open a second one and it’s 2.48g??? No way any of this CT market is legit. I will NEVER be a customer again and I’ve been one of their best. Time to find a new street vendor again. No way am I supporting these crooks!

Excellent experience!! Have been here a bunch of times now, always treated respectfully and not in a condescending manner. I like the deals they offer, and the flavors they keep in stock. Good selection of bud and vapes. And really like the staff they have tending to customers
