  My visit on July 29th to Rise in Orange, CT was a great experience as always! Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Dallas who is always really cool to deal with, then I had the pleasure of dealing with Cheech who rang me up. Everyone here are awesome individuals that are always friendly and happy, good people for sure! Special shout out always for Manny, Ryan, Emanuel, Lillie and Ila who are also great individuals! It's almost like new family members!

  Mediocre experience. The staff was unwelcoming and the front guard was on his phone. I’ve had better products and customer service elsewhere.

  Cailee was exceptional; they were quick to help and offer a recommendation, which was terrific by the way! Cailee was professional yet personable!! Oh, and the adorable security guard with those beautiful brown eyes, He’s quite wonderful too!!!

  They do not have 100% THC the product on the computer shows you THC percentage but when you actually get the package it's literally thca which thca doesn't have the same potency as THC it's regulated over here, not in California you get real THC 😅

  Big shout out to Ash from rise for calling me and rectifying a misunderstanding that I had with their point system but thank you for caring so much about my experience and going out of your way to call me and rectifying the misunderstanding because Ash definitely went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it greatly and Ash needs a raise because thats the type of employee you need working for you because Ash cares about the customers experience and I've never had someone at a establishment care as much as Ash did so thank you again Ash💯🤝🖤

He does an amazing job balancing security with customer service and helps create an environment that feels both safe and inviting.
