I always have a pleasant experience at FF. All the employees are friendly and helpful and they typically have a pretty good selection. I would like to be able to keep track of my points though. Having our points balance print out on the receipts would be super helpful. There’s currently no way to accurately keep track.

New review: I returned to my FAVORITE NEWINGTON Fine Fettle today and as usual the experience was excellent. They’re helpful when asked specific questions about product. Always friendly, no bumps along the way. Medical Monday’s rock here.Plus I bought some pre rolls with “bubble hash,” that’s outstanding. Don’t forget to tip your Hempesta. 😂 What a great day! Old: I miss this Newington Fine Fettle. The Manchester branch added medical but they don’t have pre order line. Other medical people in line said the same thing so it’s not just me. Also, they couldn’t find my DCP approved provider, and I didn’t feel like waiting longer because I had a ride waiting. Today I go to get it and they had to get a manager AGAIN, to give me my birthday discount they offered yesterday. (It’s still June today) Inconsistent and no note that I had to come back. If an APRN gets my renewal card activated, she should come up. She asked me what Dispensary I go to. “She’s not in OUR system,” sounds weird. I’ve changed providers 3 X’s over 13 years and had no problems. I’m driving the extra mile to NEWINGTON because I always have a phenomenal experience here.

I’ve been a customer since January 2023. Fine Fettle NEWINGTON, goes out of their way to keep what I “require” (medical) in stock. They’ve called me to notify it’s in. Customer service is consistent and helpful. Discounts and loyalty points plus, DELIVERY if you prefer. What’s not to love about this dispensary. The pharmacists are helpful always if you need to substitute for a month. Best dispensary ever! 🥳🌿🫶🏼 Thank you to every staff 🙏

if you have a medical card then i guess going here is completely fine because you dont pay tax. BUT if you go here recreationally then its just legal robbery. A $65 dollar transaction turned to a $90 one plus the half carts you get have HUGE bubbles. Just drive to Mass and dont be lazy like i was. Legal robbery to the max.

Good dispensary although I don’t know why my pre order took long to process. I arrived an hour after putting in the order and all that has to be done is putting a label on the items. It’s not as if it was super busy. But the variety of products is good and the people there are terrific. I highly recommend Fine Fettle.

I dont remember what year Fine Fettle Newington opened but I've been a customer since the opening. The Fine Fettle Team is awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and if they don't know an answer they find out. My experiences at FF have only gotten better as they have grown. I'm really excited for Adult Use to start so my adult kids and husband can finally see why I love this place so much. Adding to my original post....I've been going to Fine Fettle in Newington since they opened and I've watched them grow and grow...and as they grow in how many people they serve and get new employees this place just keeps getting better. The staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable in cannabis. If I have a question I can call or email and I get a response quickly. From the front desk staff to the counter staff, pharmacy techs, pharmacists and just everyone, this dispensary has changed my life and helped me on my journey to wellness with all my chronic pain and health conditions, Cannabis has changed my life and The Fine Fettle staff has made it easy. Thank you Fine Fettle I transferred to Fine Fettle in Newington when they opened. The dispensary is very clean and has a nice homey feeling to it. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, many of them are medical users themselves which helped when I had specific questions about strains to use for different symptoms. The pharmacist was truly interested in helping me live my best life with the medical conditions I have. I am extremely happy that I switched to Fine Fettle.
