Duncan knows everything there is to know about CBD and has the best products. From Honey, agave tincture and pain relief lotion, Better Ways is the Better Choice. Great friendly staff, and his knowledge of cannabinoids and their effect on the body or brain knows no bounds. Thank you Duncan!

I had no expectations the day I stepped into Better Ways LLC in Branford Ct. but I needed something to treat muscle pain and I detest those offensive smelly patches sold in drug stores. Duncan stepped right in as I perused his wonderfully displayed products. He asked me a few questions and led me to an Herbal Salve, suggesting I give it a try. "It's kind of expensive" I said. "Oh! but you don't need that much of it" he tells me. Well It's months later and I still don't know how or why this stuff works, all I know is, it just does. Thank you Better Ways LLC !

My husband and I stopped in to Better Ways to find an effective replacement salve for nerve pain and swelling relief for my ankle. Duncan was amazing! His insight and proactivness within the community is very evident by the passion and knowledge he imparts. He answered all of our questions, and was genuine in the way he spoke about helping individuals who are suffering. I not only am going to try the salve (made with local honey and a proprietary lineament recipe) but the full strength tincture as well. I am REALLY looking forward to feeling relief and reaping the benefits of these products! I see a newly budding friendship and resource to help me learn and navigate the best products to help myself!

I am a former Connecticut Medical Patient. During my time as a patient, I was taken back with my struggle to reliably access the right CBD products for my needs. There was always limited availability and I was often informed this is because dispensaries are prioritizing “more marketable” THC products ahead of patient needs. On numerous occasions I also felt concerns over the quality and safety of the products I could get. Thankfully, in 2024, a dear friend introduced me to Better Ways LLC. I am someone who prefers simplicity, less over more, and seeking out the finer things in life. I have tried countless CBD products. As a Connecticut resident, I can confidently say I am a loyal customer to Better Ways LLC. The owner, Duncan, quickly became a good friend of mine. His sincerity and compassion for understanding my condition and the detailed knowledge he shares have given me layers of hope and confidence to heal. I am very grateful for the anti-inflammatory and calming therapeutic benefits I can notice the difference from, and rely on, from his products. I could I go on, though to keep this a reasonable read, I hope my message of gratitude is clear. I will just mention, the honey is my absolute favorite go to and the tinctures offer a great range of utility.

Happy life long customer here! When I mentioned my dog’s seasonal allergies were insufferable this fall, Duncan introduced me to his CBD salmon oil for pets. I followed his directions and incorporated it into my dog’s regimen. I noticed she had immediate relief from itching, and after a week her hair and skin are much improved. Thank you so much Duncan Dissipate

After reading about the benefits of CBD gummies online I purchased some at Better Ways. With daily usage I find I am needing to go to the bathroom less frequently in the night. After taking the gummies for 3 weeks, at my annual physical exam last week, my blood pressure had dropped to within normal range. The gummies work for me.
