Their prices are outrageous and the service sucks they're charging premium prices for mid product and can't even staff more than one person at the register to take people's orders. I waited in line for a half hour just to get to the desk for them to show me a cartridge that was listed on their website at $39.60 then they told me the total after taxes would be $63 when I question them on the price they told me it was 45 + $12 tax plus a roundup because I was using a debit card when I question them on the price of the cartridge being 3960 on their website they didn't have an explanation for me and tried to charge me the same amount anyway so I walked out. I highly recommend taking a trip to Easthampton Mass you will get better product and save yourself hundreds of dollars in the process
