The worst customer service, specially by the manager if he’s the one in the cashier. High prices and hidden fees. Better prices everywhere else. Better quality cannabis and products as well. You been warned! 😎

As a Medical Member at Fine Fettle in Willimantic, CT. The team is always pleasant and very helpful. Knowlegeable and relatable in all aspects. Placing a pre-order insures fast, efficient, easy pick up. From the front door entrance thru the exchange and Exit way out, it is always a positive experience. There's not a single reason why I wouldn't recommend Fine Fettle for all of your medicinal needs.

I love Fine Fettle and the people who make going there such a nice experience. I appreciate that they have started selling the ounces at a discounted price but would like to see higher THC levels at 25+ instead of in the teens.

I’ve been going to Fine Fettle in Willimantic, Connecticut ever since I got my medical card six years ago. I’ve always found them to be first rate – such a nice, comfortable, welcoming vibe, especially for a senior who tried cannabis first when she was 57 (doing the math, that was 13 years ago). You feel a little conspicuous when you first go in, and then you find out that all kinds of people Use it, for all kinds of reason reasons – and the staff at Fine Fettle are there to help you find exactly what you need for your purpose. They are unfailingly upbeat, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can help you find it. I’m so glad this resource exists so close to home. Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻

Over the last few years, I've visited many dispensaries in a dozen states, and I can honestly say that my experience here has consistently been one of the worst. The prices are high and the selection is very limited, but the most frustrating part is the fact that stopping here to pick up a simple order will take a considerable amount of time. They're poorly staffed, and the few staff members on hand will generally spend 5-10 minutes talking with each customer, since 98% of the customers here have apparently never heard of cannabis and need to be educated about all the various products and usage before they can make a selection. Perhaps the addition of a dedicated line for customers who need to take a course on cannabis before buying would help, or an express line for online orders or people who actually know what they want. Unfortunately, visiting this dispensary proves to be an exasperating experience every time. Edit: after some time, the situation here has only gotten worse. Expect a grueling, terrible experience every time you're unfortunate enough to come here. Avoid this dispensary if at all possible... after buying from dispensaries around the country over the past several years, this place is by far the worst I've ever been to. Absolutely inexcusable. The rude, incompetent staff are the icing on the cake, particularly the arrogant, belligerent young fellow at the front door.
