Extremely professional doesn’t even begin to describe it. I walk into somebody who knows nothing about anything in the store. The lady behind the counter broke everything down for me at an elementary level so I understood. 10 out of 10 recommend

First time here. I placed my order and waited. Another guy came in and ordered after me. Im still waiting as he goes to the atm to get cash. The cashier girl on the far left calls the other guy up before me, even though I was waiting when he started his order. I get up there and mention it to her and she simply shifts the blame to another employee. It’s weird that if someone makes a mistake they wouldn’t just apologize. Now it makes it seem like she did it on purpose since she couldn’t at least own up to her mistake. I’ll go out of my way to go to another smoke shop next time.

We must say, 6 months ago we left a very negative yet factual review about this place having 1 preroll and 2 vapes in stock, which we felt was more urgent than their desire for higher tier products not yet signed into law. Today April 2026 it appears they have focused efforts on maximizing what they can control today! They have a menu that represents most of Delaware's offerings, not to mention over 50 prerolls as we type this. The selection has expanded greatly and in return the place seems to always have people inside. Keep up the good work.

told me I’d get a discount for my first time. got an item that was originally 45. ended up at the register; they told me $40 was the full total with all fees included when I swiped my card. they failed to mention their card machine was an “atm” so I received $6 in fees with no notice. also got a fee from my bank! not to mention rediculous prices already and unhelpful staff when I brought this to their attention. will not be returning there’s too many other quality places.

I’m a customer for over 3 years. Used to be a great business. Once they opened for recreational, customer service has just gone down the drain. It’s so disappointing. Terrible attitudes from the new hires. Different directions every time I come in. Today, they blatantly refused to give me service for no reason, despite having a medical card and ordering online ahead of time! I think they need better organization to accommodate the recreational users, and significantly better training for their new hires (their OG staff was SO AMAZING!! I can’t fan girl enough about that old staff. Wish they would come back!!)
