If you are someone who visits here you know we all have our issues, mine in specific is social anxiety out the wazzo, keep that in mind. I go in prepared to have a little more than my total for my purchase because I have a Cash App card, context my debit card got stolen not too long ago and I’m waiting for a new one, besides the point it’s not my first time here nor my first time at a dispensary, I knew there was going to be a surcharge because of the Cash App card, I should of had more ready. However I was like 3.50 short for the transaction because of the card process, I only had less than the amount in cash so here I am trying my card: Declined. Tried my cash and card together declined. I want to cry and leave at this point I am MORTIFIED. The woman is so sweet she is doing her job perfectly, At this point I try and make it work with the ATM my anxiety is through the roof and I’m apologizing to the lovely lady at the counter at least 4 times at this point, the entire time it was no longer than 5 mins but to me it felt like 30 mins of her time wasted when she could of been doing other productive things. However what compelled me to write this was not once did she ever have a displeased, angry or annoyed look like most people now a days would of given me, she was sweet as she told me it was fine, she was kind and generous and even made jokes with me while I was trying to contact someone to send me a little more, we are all unprepared in unpredictable situations, it’s how you’re talked to and seen in that moment that matters to someone like me when that happens. I just want to thank Morey (sorry if it’s misspelled) for her kindness and understanding this afternoon! For the record: I LOVE this place regardless, the one manger Dagney is amazing, the gentleman at the front desk are always kind, & I’ve always loved coming here because of the vibe but something about Moreys energy today compelled me to want to brag about this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💚
