    I’ve been coming here for years, and have rarely ever had an issue up until recently. I was given a faulty broken product in which I was told by corporate and instructed by senior management in past and today to just make sure I have pictures to document so I can be provided replacement or price adjustment. Today this gentleman I have never seen before didn’t even barely give me the time of day to speak without even knowing I’m a regular client at this location for years. The entire conversation he just made me feel extremely little and I know for a fact the other gentleman at the register felt uncomfortable as well. I immediately said to keep the product it’s not worth shopping in a hostile environment. I understand policy and procedure, but we could have found a way to rectify the issue. Will not be shopping here again.

    I shop here a lot. That being said, you gotta watch out for this ATM transaction fee thing. I bought $20 worth of product here and they charged me $6 to buy it in ATM transaction fees. It's 3.50 in the store and another 2.50 from the bank which they don't tell you about and you don't agree to. They did not give me back my 2.50 or my 3.50 and they blamed it on my bank, whom were obviously not even involved or aware. The products here are becoming more expensive than they were originally as well. If this trend continues, I'll take my business elsewhere.
