I really enjoy coming to this location because you get to see them making the items through the glass window. I also enjoy that they sometimes have different things than the lounges on occasion. Everyone is super nice and helpful as well. I’m definitely loyal to Chronic Guru.

3/21/26 It took them a while, but they seem to have figured out all of their "kinks" in the ordering processes, products on hand for walk in orders. THESE PEIOPLE ROCK! The big dude on the left as you walk in (Patrick) is the NICEST person in the world that you could EVER meet. HE MADE ME SAY THAT TOO!! This is the place to purchase quality product at a reasonable price and satisfaction guaranteed. Try them out!

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years ordering almost weekly for home delivery. I (like many others) often experience issues with items being out of stock after my order is confirmed but they normally provide a comparable substitute. Yesterday, however, I received an empty box in the mail. The only thing in the box was the receipt for items purchased but not included in the shipment. The box was not damaged so I’m assuming they just left the merchandise out by accident. My complaint is that my attempts to reach someone in customer service have gone nowhere. I have called the customer service # 4 times over the past 24 hours with no answer or voice message. I also filled out an online request to be contacted. Again, no response. Very unprofessional and not responding to an established customer is unacceptable.
