Veronica is the best! She was so helpful and kind. Thank you for your assistance and understanding. Update: My recent visit to Curaleaf was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a medical cannabis dispensary. When I walked in, no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered assistance of any kind. The staff was fully engaged with one patient who had dozens of questions, yet not one associate paused to say hello or ask if I needed help signing in on the tablet. I sat in the waiting area for about ten minutes without being addressed. During this time, the staff carried on a casual conversation with another patient, using language that did not reflect professionalism or the medical nature of the services they provide. For a facility that handles medical cannabis and patient care, this is unacceptable. No one explained the sign‑in process, despite the fact that this location was recently remodeled and the system was new to me. I was left completely in the dark until I finally had to get up and approach the desk myself. Only then did anyone take initiative; and even then, the focus was on updating my phone number rather than acknowledging the lack of guidance from the start. To make matters worse, when another patient arrived after me, the staff asked ‘Who’s next?’ without knowing the order of arrival. The newer patient almost skipped ahead, and if another customer hadn’t spoken up, it would have been overlooked entirely. This shows a concerning lack of organization, awareness, and basic customer service. For a medical‑related establishment, there should be a clear standard of professionalism, patient care, and orderly procedure. Unfortunately, none of that was present during my visit. I can honestly say that even McDonald’s greets customers more consistently than what I experienced at Curaleaf today. Thank you for such a profoundly disappointing level of service.

Just went into the new curaleaf remodel. It was all right but what I don't like is how the pricing at the register isn't the same as online.. my email clearly tells me a price confirmation. When I went into the store that wasn't the case. And to top it off I had to wait almost 20 min for them to find my order..
