Best dispensary around!! Everyone is always so helpful and Nelson is hands down the best!! Super knowledgeable and fantastic at recommendations for products that hit just right! A++++++ across the board! Had to come back to edit this because Google doesn't let you have more than one active review and Jason at AYR Bonita deserves the biggest shout out ever. I was having a major medical flare recently; went into AYR in dire need of someone's expertise to find the right strains to help relieve my symptoms. Jason was my budtender and I really couldn't have asked for anyone better. Usually I have my pickup order ready to go but this time I was a walk in; I felt unprepared and knew I just needed some advice from the pros. When I got to the counter, the line was longggg behind me, the internet/system kept going up and down, and there I stood asking 50,000 questions because I usually didn't have to be so strain-specific and had no clue what I needed. No matter how many questions I asked and how many times I apologized for taking forever, Jason re-assured me that it was okay, there was no rush, and he was there to help - he took his time with me. He even went as far as breaking down the terpenes and percentages in 6 different strains so we could pick the best to help me. I was a hot mess after an ordeal at the hospital - emotionally, mentally and physically - and Jason made me feel calm and heard/understood for the first time in over a week. I needed to hear everything he said to me in that moment more than he'll ever know. So, THANK YOU, JASON, for always being kind, calm and collected. Your knowledge/expertise, professionalism and kindness do not go unnoticed. See ya'll next time. 💚 Austin is AWESOME at the Bonita store!! Sooooo chill and friendly. I went in to pick up a huge order and HE was apologizing to ME for it taking a bit to get labels on products....I was like MY MAN! THANK YOUUUUUU! Y'all are the real MVPs!!! So much appreciation for you guys! Always love visiting this store and hopefully Austin is working next time I stop in! Have to add a big shout out to Carly! She helped me in store over the weekend and was SO sweet and knowledgeable! Always a pleasure seeing her! Love the team in the Bonita store! You guys rock!!!

I love Ayr Bonita, I love every person that works there, they're like family to me now and they treat everyone, not just me, like family. They're all very knowledgeable in all the products they dispense and eager to teach even the oldest of dogs the newest of tricks with all gadgets they sell to accommodate our prescriptions. I wouldn't go any where else.
