Both my experiences with the Patient Care Specialists were great, however, I am avoiding coming back for one good reason... I was on a budget the last time in and only buying one cart that was on sale. I'm new to having a med card in this state and have great first time discounts but this live resin cart already had a great price so I asked if we could table the discount for a larger purchase. The employee at the other p o s quickly told me I couldn't. Furthermore, I believe I was charged the sale price and not my 50% off. I could be wrong and it's only a couple dollars difference but if so it's the principle considering circumstances. The first dispensary I went to and have been frequenting (even though it's farther) does let new patients table discounts for a time that makes more sense. Someone from their management made a follow up call to see if I was satisfied, a nice touch and something AYR might want to consider. I literally cross hwy 19 on my e bike when id rather just go to AYR though. But yeah, wasn't left with a good feeling after being told that. The competition seems to put themselves in the patient's shoes in this regard. Again, the two employees I worked with at AYR were great, but a bummer of a policy that has me avoiding cool dispensary that's a five minute bike ride from my place.
