Absolutely horrible this company has no ownership to its customer i drove 98 miles from Fort walton . While waiting I over heard i think was the manager he was a black man with dreads confirm to a customer the device that Sanctuary sold her was defective and that it would not power on. Je denied her refund then told her to go to Trulieve and buy one then return the broken one to Trulieve the next day because they have a less restricted return poilcy. I then wa finally helped and told that you did not havr a simple battery. What dispensary does not have a battery that they can sell there customer horrible service stay over here dont come to Fort walton tou suck. Your NH store is better

System has glitch. I ordered online prior to visit. My order had been changed. When questioned I was told several other customers had the same issue, but refused to fix the error. Once I put it in my cart something totally different was given to me. They need to check for accuracy before selling.

I went into the store and specifically asked for the best flower they had. I got two eighths, one was ok except dry. The other had almost full leaves not properly trimmed at all. If that was the best they had then I'm going somewhere else. Been a customer for years but that was unacceptable
