The most expensive dispensary around. Their deals and discounts are confusing. I came in using my 50% 3rd time visit. There was some miss communication during the transaction- I was letting the bud tender pick and choose for me, trying to build the best order, centered around flower mostly. Somehow I went home and realized I had 6 bags of edibles and not nearly enough flower. I called immediately and they were willing to work w me and trade in 2 edibles for some more flower. I’d recently injured myself playing basketball and gimped in the waiting room w a wrap around my ankle. I’d visited the hospital a few days earlier. No one acknowledged me, or took the courtesy to say- hey man take a seat, we will get you when it’s your turn. I had taken a seat and had to get up in line because ppl kept going in front of me. Ppl were doing pick up orders. I didn’t realize this at first. I went up to the line and they continued to call the online orders ahead of me. I’m not upset about that. But I stood there. Obviously injured, having difficulty standing- and I was still not acknowledged. I took a seat again for a minute. Still not acknowledged. This upset me so I left. I returned 20 minutes later. Now with all my products and attempted to get refunded what wasn’t used. The assistant manager said he couldn’t do that. But did offer the exchange the 2 edibles. I wasn’t rude or loud, I was a little upset tho. The assistant manager wasn’t really cool I’ll leave it at that. He made a comment- well you have eyes don’t you?, how’d you not see the 6 edibles in the first place”…. [I’d literally just got out of the hospital during the initial transaction and was on crutches] Then- literally as I was leaving this guy comes in yelling, mad about something they did or messed up on. They didn’t help him either. He ended up storming out. LOL.

This place should be renamed JUNGLE prices. Good quality but high prices with no rewards.

Me and the wife was sliding through Daytona to do some errands so we stopped by and I had the pleasure of being served by Megan! She is so awesome and sweet every time I come im there. Every time I try to go to her line when I see her! Ask for Megan! Shes the best! She knows everything you'll need to know for what ills you! Much love, much peace!

Just want to say that went to Daytona store around 6:30 Friday night. Gabi was only one working as they had a call out. The line was out to the front of store as she was only one getting everyone’s order n cashing out. She was beyond great!!!! She had the best attitude didn’t rush anyone she was working with. She seen the long line all the way out but she kept it upbeat and ALWAYS HAD A SMILE !!! Just think that if you had a call out and it’s a busy day of week maybe management should come in an help out for a bit so that customers don’t wait almost 25 minutes in line and keep your employees. Anyway great job to Gabi you rocked it out luv!!!! Keep it up and get a raise !

I'm not sure why people love this place, they only carry hybrids, their buds are not that good, plus I just got perfect triangle for $35.Just opened it and I have 2.1 grams, bro it's supposed to be an eighth. I'll try again in 6 months

Absolutely rude customer service, the guy up front was not welcoming at all barely said a word. Then the 2 girls working the inside were so terrible I left before even being able to look at the menu. I shop weekly at the Jacksonville location and they are great. After leaving here I went to down the street to a different dispensary and was treated great. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Very rude to their customers, I don't shop here regularly because they messed up my points for their "loyalty program" and basically screwed me over on my first visit and second so I never really came back. My husband and I both have our cards, went in together and they acted like we couldn't make separate purchases and he couldn't give me a recommendation on what to not get because he shops the Jacksonville location alot and knows their products. Would not recommend, they only have like 2 good products anyway!
