Options got better so I came back for a bit to try this place again. BUT…. Won’t go back now because the rewards program wasn’t working on me. I told the employees, they told me I would get an email about a fix. That didn’t happen. Do what you say you will do and I’m a happy customer! Trulieves reward program works and I actually reap the benefits at Trulieve. This doesn’t happen for me at Surterra.

Y'all lost all my business.. over night you went from the dispensary with the very best deals. To the most expensive one in town. I shopped there 3 times a week . I do not go there at all now . Trullieve is now the better dispensary better quality better deals. Weird how y'all went from the greatest to the most over priced literally over night. Whoever making business decisions for y'all is gonna take y'all under😩

To the beautiful young black girl with the box braids yesterday.... You deserve a raise. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but after you took the time to recommend something new for me to try and explained the benefits...And then actually came out behind the counter to give me a hug when you could see I was visibly upset and having a very bad day. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your caring about the well being of a complete stranger. It's nice to know that there are kind and beautiful souls out there. YOU made my day so much better. And the product you recommended was exactly what I needed. High quality and reasonable price. You have earned my loyalty for life. I have never had this kind of experience at any other dispensary. I have always been satisfied with the service and the product I have got in the past but this young lady went well above and beyond. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you so much. ❤️

Poor products and service. No point to order ahead because they dont package your order. They will sell out at 9am to walk ins even if you order ahead! You lost my business 💯 I highly recommend Trulieve for better products and service!

*UPDATE #3 As stated I would be back, and here I am. To Lewis. I tried, I placed a $234.00 or this morning and reserved a delivery spot for same day. Nice. Delivery time, 1pm to 4pm. So far so good. At about 1:45pm I called the call center and again spoke with Megan. I hadn't heard a word from Surterra, just like last time. I thought the 'new system' put in limbo, as before. Within a few minutes of speaking with Megan, I received a call from Josh B. He was doing everything correctly, however, he ask how I was paying and I said, "Chime debit'. Sorry card reader is down. When is not down. Surterra has even used my Wi-Fi to make the transaction. Not this guy, he ask if I'd like to reschedule when I have cash... well, shoot... Like most folks nowadays, I don't keep large amounts of money on me. Anyway, I told him to just cancel the order, That I'd call MUV or someone. Y'all are losing business because of your crappy card readers. I'm done Lewis. I said I'd try and I did... but, once again, Surterra Wellness dropped the ball Bad business ethics! *UPDATE* I received a phone call this past Tuesday, the 21st. It was a gentleman named Lewis. Lewis is the new Surterra Manager in training. He confirmed that the issues were in fact a 'glitch' in the new system. Deliveries have been shut down while IT does it's thing. As of Tuesday Apr 21, 2026, no delivery order will not be taken. I told Lewis I would update my review accordingly, so here it is. After speaking with Megan at the time of delivery, and the conversation with Lewis on the phone. I stand by my comment about the Saff. They are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Staff aside, although I have had a couple of other small issues popup, I'm willing to try Surterra again, because of the staff and they have products that I enjoy. So, there it is. Overall I rate Surterra 3.5 star, so, a light 4 star. and the Staff a solid 5 star. Thank you Lewis, Megan, and the rest of you wonderful folks. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Awesome place for your extracurricular activities. *Update. I quit using Suterra for sometime. I come back, place a delivery order. Placed the order, got my confirmation... delivery for today between 1: and 4 pm today. Called at 2:30 pm because I hadn't received a text of any kind. "Order went into Limbo" I'm pretty much done with Surterra. The new website, in my opinion, seemed to be the issue. Mahan and the local staff are wonderful, but the service? 'Iffy' at best.
