Gosh what an amazing experience. I am new at this and as soon as I walked in Maddie was so warm and welcoming that I immediately felt ant ease about something I know nothing about. I next had the pleasure of meeting Ana who also was so warm and friendly which again put me right at ease and was so knowledgeable with their products. I have my own cleaning business so I appreciated the fact that they had a Shark Robot focusing on the cleanliness of the floor!!. The presentation of everything was flawless. This dispensary speaks to me and I’m excited to return again. THANK YOU Maddie and Ana for being amazing human beings🤗🤗 see you soon!!!

Really cool staff and good selection and price compared to others. Lots of cool edible stuff like soy sauce, butter, and honey. Ana was very knowledgeable and chill.

Emily at the Waikiki location was so helpful! I placed an online order at the wrong location and she was able to cancel that order and get a new order ready for me without having to wait or go to a different location. I’ve been going to the Waikiki location a lot and the service is always top notch.

Let me just say as soon as you walk into Noa Botanicals Waikiki you feel welcomed. From the reception desk to the bud tender everyone is so happy to help with whatever you’re looking for. Noa Botanicals also has an awesome rewards program. There’s also a Kupuna program. Their products are great. Their 10:1 Muscle Rub is good for someone who suffers from Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis like I do. Their gummies have given me the best sleep. Make your way to the best Dispensary on Oahu…NOA BOTANICALS WAIKIKI

NOA Botanicals is a first class dispensary!! Zach and Anastasia were professional courteous and very helpful! Zach did a superb job of presenting products that would satisfy everything I needed. When there eas an issue with the checkout Anastasia jumped right in and got me taken care of. Zach slso noted my Veteran status and thanked me numerous times. He also included the Veterans discount and a free t-shirt as a resilt of my purchase. If you want first class service at a great price go see Zach and Anastasia at NOA Botanicals Waikiki 👍👌😁🍀

Thought this place would be good based on all of the good reviews but there are better places to get your fix in Waikiki. The quality was off and not consistent. What was most sour of all was the owner or manager of the store that seemed like they did not enjoy their job at all. It truly impacts the customer’s experience and I recommend they lighten up….. not only that, the prices are unusually high for the quality product you’re receiving, I get it-it’s Waikīkī but there other dispensaries in Waikiki that check off all these boxes without charging you up the arm for mediocre product.

I was visiting from Utah. The staff here treated me great and was really helpful. I have made 2 stops at this store on my trip and would recommend it to anyone from out of town with a medical card. I also met my future wife there. U know Pennsylvania!!

I don’t throw the word 'best' around lightly, but Noa Botanicals Waikiki has earned it. Hands down, this is the finest experience I’ve had at any establishment in a long time. The selection is absolutely incredible, covering everything you could need with high-quality options. What really stands out, though, is the pricing. In a place like Waikiki, it’s rare to find prices this fair—you truly feel like you’re walking away with significantly more value than what you paid for. It’s an honest business, and it shows. Beyond the products, the culture of the shop is what seals the deal. Every interaction is met with genuine smiles and a level of professionalism that tells you exactly how well this place is run. If you want the gold standard for selection, value, and service, this is the only spot you need to visit.
