    Disappointed After a Year of Great Service Until my most recent visit, I had been a loyal customer here for a year with zero complaints. However, my latest experience was highly disappointing:Missing Product: I purchased pre-rolls and Cookies THC edibles. At home, I found the pre-roll container completely empty. It was apparently opened and resealed.Safety Concerns: Because the packaging was compromised, I didn't feel safe gifting the edibles as intended.No Communication: I emailed the dispensary multiple times to fix this privately. I continually received an ERROR MESSAGE. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank.I'm not posting this to drive business away, as my past year here was great. I just hope management takes this seriously, investigates the inventory issue, and improves their communication. I would also like to add if you purchase anything from any dispensary OPEN and INSPECT your purchase BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Additionally, it seems there is much room for improvement in the customer service and overall professionalism of the employees. If you prioritize savings and discounts above all else, coming here may make it worthwhile. If professionalism and a strong positive customer service experience are important factors at all, you may want to consider other options.
