Absolute worst vibe/energy in here. Seems like the employees didn’t really get along. I have extreme sensitivity to certain terpenes and when I asked the guy if he could look up strains without certain terpenes he huffed and puffed and said no it’s not possible and I just responded with oh okay. He seemed EXTREMELY annoyed and said well I could go back and look at all them and find one but it will take a while. We felt like a complete inconvenience so we left.

I will say layout of the store and the staff is super friendly. So upsetting that the store only offers veterans 10 to 15% discount the staff couldn’t even tell me straight up. There’s a reason why 90% of the dispensaries offer 22% off. I feel like you guys need to do your research and appreciate your veterans a little more. Got 25% off today on what said to be 3 g Pre-roll pack one per G. Open it up poorly packed Virginia, thin half gram joints, not 3 grams.

First time shopper. Got that 20% off. That was great. Bought some gimmies and a 1 gram infused preroll. There was a small issue with my order. I called in and talked to a friendly bud tender. Who quickly came up with a solution to correct my situation. I very pleased with them. I plan on going returning soon.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ Route 66 used to be my go-to dispensary, but it’s gone downhill. The product selection I used to rely on has become inconsistent, and the constant staff turnover completely changed the experience. What was once a place with knowledgeable, familiar budtenders now feels unstable and poorly managed. I eventually took my business elsewhere because the reliability just isn’t there anymore. Disappointing decline from what used to be a solid dispensary.

Three times in a row I paid extra for what they called premium flower and it sucked!! Popcorn buds and no head on it at all! Try somewhere else.
