This was my first time ordering online and I was told I couldn't get my 30% l off because I didn't enter the code when ordering. I called after I left and a woman told me I got a discount on my product already. It was less than 30% and I explained I should get the best discount. This could have been fixed in the store but nothing was done. First and last time shopper

Scott always greets me with a big smile and upbeat vibes. And 30% disc on your first three visits. Not 20 or just one, like most others! This should be your new shop!

I get that elevate is your in-house brand but it's live resin carts are absolute garbage. I always check your store for discounts on live resin carts and it's always only elevate. Many of us do not buy cannabis unless it's discounted so continuing to only offer elevate at a discount is significantly shrinking your buyer pool. I don't think I've been in the store in a year as a result, even though I work within walking distance...

I wanted to try a dispensay I had never been to before and I found Key Cannabis located across the street from the Galleria Mall. I chose an amazing deal online that was on "clearance". I needed more "BANG for my buck" and I got it. So many great deals to choose from. Website was easy to navigate. At location they have lots of display cases showcasing their products which I love. My budtender was quick and happy to help me with my order. I will be a repeat customer. ☆THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!☆

I used to be a regular customer at this dispensary and had built up a decent amount of loyalty points over time. Recently, I was told by management that I’m no longer able to use the points I had already earned. That was really disappointing and felt unfair, especially since there was no clear explanation given ahead of time. I understand policies can change, but taking away access to rewards that were already accumulated doesn’t sit right with me. It makes the time and money I spent here feel less valued. To have them suddenly frozen at the time of redemption feels unfair and misleading.

Top notch staff and the facility is always spotless. This is the only dispensary I will go to. Absolutely amazing products and again the staff is always phenomenal. Andrea thank you for helping with my order today and my little mix up. Truly everyone at Key is amazing.
