Staff is rude refused entry when I presented a state issued foid and my medical card simply cause it wasn’t scannable what’s the use of a medical card as identification if you aren’t even gonna check it I’ve never had this problem with any dispensary and the fact they didn’t even try and work with me and sent a medical patient right out the door is ridiculous

DO NOT PLACE ORDER ONLINE , THEY WILL NOT HAVE IT WHEN YOU GET THERE TO PICK UP EVEN IF IT SAYS ORDER COMPLETE!!!!! HAPPENS EVERY TIME !!!! DROVE 30 MINUTES FOR NOTHING!!! I EVEN SPOKE TO THE "MANAGER" WHO DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, HE SAID WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE THEY CANT GUARANTEE ANYTHING, EVEN WHEN I ASKED WHY IT SAID COMPLETE AND SHOWED HIM THE SCREENSHOT!! HE WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL!! WILL DEFINITELY BE DRIVING TO MOLINE FROM NOW ON AS I HAVE HAD ZERO ISSUES IN MOLINE AND THEY ACTUALLY HAVE WHAT YOU ORDER INSTEAD OF WASTING YOUR TIME AND GAS!!!

As a medical patient this place honestly sucks. The budtenders are great but the the system the have in place is terrible. The owner needs to make up their mind whether to have a med side or not, because every time I come here I have no idea where to go. As a medical patient I shouldn’t have to sit and wait in the rec side for 25 minutes.

Almost not worth considering this a "medical" dispensary anymore, nor are their deals anywhere near worth the drive. Selection is always limited on ounces of flower, 3/4 of it is their own products and priced well over what others are selling things for. Do yourself a favor and shop around before shopping here, especially if you have to drive any distance to use your "medical card". Truly sad to see one of the very few medical dispensary in this part of the state go so far corporate and greedy with this plant and the patients that supported them.

I just drove 2 hours from Iowa, to come to their 420 event that the kid on Friday told me about. Just to find out that it was not indeed on 420 but on Saturday which makes absolutely zero sense. Besides the fact that I asked him what time they open and he told me 8:00 a.m. not 9:00 a.m. like it really is..Wasting my entire morning to come here for nothing!!!!
