    I was a loyal customer here daily for 5 years. I walked in and saw a budtender in a clear medical emergency. I told the manager, who brushed it off saying they were 'keeping an eye on it.' I had no choice but to call 911 myself to get her help. Instead of being thanked for taking action during an emergency, I was immediately turned away at the door by a supervisor named Jordan.Worse, the entire staff—including the very person whose life was in jeopardy—later staged a coordinated protest against me. While at their cash registers, they literally put their hands up and all walked away so that only one of them would serve me. This targeted retaliation happened twice.Experiencing this level of malice and hostility from people I supported daily for half a decade was deeply hurtful and fundamentally broke my trust in human decency. Utterly disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Do not support this business.

    I was in tdy the gentleman with bunch of tats staff R11126 was very good he help me out to get my vape pen told me which was best was very helpful he should be rewarded i love this place im a repeat customer and well be because of people like him even with dubuque bridge being work on still came July 11 2026

    Very clean establishment and great staff. My biggest issue is with so called "sales." Seldom are there really good sales/prices and when there is, good luck getting through the line. Many products are marked for sale price, seemingly after the prices were marked down. Typically, 3.5 grams runs around $35 at normal prices. So, it's not a sale, or much of one, if 3.5 grams was supposedly $45, marked "down" to $35/$40. Pay attention to prices and how much you are getting!
