  I would like to know the story of what happened between Heya and Vibe and why they don’t carry any of Vibe’s product currently. What happened with all the movement for a while I thought Vibe was acquiring this Heya location but maybe they were just temporarily using the Heya storefronts? So confusing.. We need an actual Vibe cannabis location in St. Louis.

  Amazing workers! They are working with NO AC in consistent 90-100 degree weather. They NEED AC and that is the ONLY reason they don't get 5 stars. Absolutely inhumane conditions for the workers. I'm disappointed in management.

  I would give 5 stars cause I'm always treated greatly and never have issues with any employees. Why i did 3 stars is cause they need to move their product to an area that is cooler. I've gotten edibles multiple times that are melting cause its warm where they sit all day. I don't want my gummies to be a gaint blob or all stuck together cause the air conditioning doesn't work. Plus why doesn't the air conditioner work or why hasn't it been fixed? Im sure im not the only one whos gotten home and opened up their edibles and they were melting.

  How disgusting that a company would let their employees have to work in 90° interior building fix your AC. It’s disgusting behavior from a company and as someone whose family with multiple lawyers and as someone who knows this is absolutely illegal I will definitely be making some phone calls on the behalf of your employees who are suffering every day in the hot building. Not only does this show that you don’t care about your employees this also shows that you don’t care about your customers who have to come in and suffer just for 5 to 10 minutes, so not even 5% as much of the of the time that’s being suffered by employees

  Absolutely LOVE the budtenders here! Unfortunately I don’t want to enter the store especially during the current weather conditions! I can’t imagine working in that heat, if I don’t even wanna shop there because of it! Your customers as well, as I’m sure your employees would greatly appreciate some air conditioning being available! Due to the conditions of stifling temperature, and lack of airflow I could only give three stars

  I appreciate every single budtender working there right now. Thank you for being there. No a/c and nearly 90 ℉ in the dispensary!!!!!!! Horrible working conditions!!! 3 years and counting....... How long until it's fixed? Making millions and can't keep the place air conditioned? Very sad.

  Halves are all b bud damn near shake. Hot rods are straight up just cheap weed with distillate added. Only good product is stuff they don't own. They sell shake half which might have plastic remnants in it from the tag clip. 1/10. Will not ever buy smokey river, sublime or any new brand they release.

  The staff is 10/10 amazing!! They treat people like family. But in the back area where you make your purchases, it's just as hot as it is outside. That's very unsafe for your employees!!

  Switched to this dispensary because the one I was going to shut down. Have had very pleasant experiences with the stuff. They've been very friendly with me and the place seemed clean and inviting (if not quite since it was a slow point of the day). The lobby where you walk in felt cool-ish since its getting warmer out now (high of 86°F with humidty) so you knew there was AC working somewhere. But when I walked back to where I could make my purchase you could feel the temperature shift when you go from a cool room with air circulation and one without. It was stuffy in the bud room where the customers are being helped. I asked if the AC was broke for them. They said no, the only AC they really have is a couple of portable units and industrial fans. Absolutely not! Corporate or whoever is in charge of things like this need to get on it and get these people some AC. Im surprised no one else has complained, especially customers. It sucks as a customer to walk into a store on a hot day and be met with more hot and muggy-ness but to make your employees suffer in that heat? They are lucky it hasnt gotten so hot it becomes a health risk. Come on Heya big wigs, do better. Employees, again, awesome people. Enjoyed every experience so far, but that stuffy feeling walking into the store, no thank you.

  This is actually one of my favorite dispensaries BUT the lack of no central air in the summer time has caused me to shop at other dispensaries. It’s literally 93 degrees inside.. unacceptable !!!

  Sublime the worst cannabis in missouri. Bags of larf and buds so small it twenty to fill a grind need son's reviewed and room environment fixed. Fire your grower and get one.

  My spouse are frequent consumers at this location. The staff is great- this review is for corporate. You all should be embarrassed and incredibly apologetic to your staff at the St. Ann Location. For 3 summers now you all were supposed to fix the AC. It's miserably hot and humid in there all the time. If you're going to force your employees to work in these conditions they deserve raises and you all should be buying them cold drinks to help them make it through the day. I know you have the money to get this fixed, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe you should come work this location for a week and see how they suffer. My 1 star review will change when your management and caring does.
