  Certain employees have refused to help or even speak to me nearly every time I've been. My first time ever the guy in front scans my id and gives it back and doesn't say a word to me. I was waiting for him to unlock the door and after a few minutes he just says "you can go in" the door to the shop isn't lock, anyone can just walk in, and it doesn't have the ID scanner like every other dispensary I've ever been to. Once inside I stand in line and the guy asks for my phone number, I ask why, he says its all online orders and I have to go order at a Kiosk. No one told me that before I stood in the checkout line so I had to leave the line, make the order, and get back in line. I go the other day, their internet is out so they can't process orders. There's no sign on the door, the security guard outside says nothing, so I go inside and up to check in. There is a guy there talking to the guy who works there, same guy who told me nothing my first time there, and when he's done I move up. The guy doesn't look up at me, speak to me, or acknowledge I'm there in anyway while I'm holding out my ID. I move my hand to get in his line of sight, and he looks up at me like he's confused why I'm giving him my id. He's says "Internets down, can't take orders" so I said "Ok, I didn't know, someone would have to tell me that" since he looked at me like I did something wrong. He replies "Well I thought you heard the guy I was talking to" I turn around and the security guard is with 2 girls, laughing and talking to them. No signs were up, the security guard just glared at me like she always does, and the guy upfront expected me to listen to his conversation with someone else to know they couldn't take orders. Yet, just before he had a whole conversation with another guy, they were talking about a different location entirely, and when I turn around the security guard is talking to 2 girls with her back to the door. So I said to the guy "why is it always like this when I come here" his reply is "huh" I said "no one told me anything coming in, she ignored me now she's talking to 2 girls, you had a whole conversation with a guy, refused to say a word to me, and look at me like I was stupid for trying to give you my ID. Why is it such a deal to just talk to me" He standings there looking at me like I'm crazy, just like earlier, and says "Well the internets out and we can't take orders" and just goes back to doing what he was doing, which is nothing because there is no one in there at all. There is a short haired woman with glasses who goes out of her way to not help me. She was the only person behind the counter one time, fiddled with stuff until someone else came, then said she had to help people in the lobby but when I was in the lobby she was behind the counter and no one asked if I needed help. More than once she has an entire personal conversation with the person checking me out so if I have questions or needed something I have to talk over her to do so. Another time she checked someone out, I was next, she stepped back to tie her shoes, fiddled with some stuff behind her, then came back to the counter once someone was helping me. One time their reward system was down so they have to check a spreadsheet for peoples reward points. The only computer that had the sheet was the one I was at and the only person who knew how to check it was the person helping me. So every time 1 of the 4 other registers gets to that point my transaction has to stop so she can check their points. People who started checkout after me were getting done before me. It didn't seem to matter that their insistence to help others to get them checked out was making my checkout 5 times longer than the time they spent at the counter. In the many states I've been to dispensary in this is the worst dispensary I've ever been to. It's also the first one where the door to get into the checkout area isn't locked and doesn't require someone to scan an ID badge to get in. I'll never go back to this place.
