I pass five other dispensaries, driving a half hour just to get to the Northbrook store. What can I say, they're the best.

I have a SERIOUS issue. Your Northbrook location security is disturbingly rude. I pulled in at 7:58 PM, I work from 8 AM until 7:30 PM!!!! Your disgusting security officer saw me pulling in, he LOCKED the door, and went inside. I tried entering, and be comes outside “yo were closed. come back when were open, tough” Are you kidding me? This is my medicine. You have security guards shutting the door on your guests BEFORE closing time, to then deny service 1 minute before closing. There were customers inside, and your security guard (dark skin and buffer, working 7:59 PM at Northbrook IL) Shut the door, locked it, and proceeded to belittle me for not being on time. I WORK!!! UNTIL 730! I an expecting this to be escalated.
