I love all the staff at the Belvidere location! But when I walk in and see Rosie’s smiling face it makes my day! Her joy is contagious!

Rosie was my lovely and funny cashier for my first time visit. She made it a quick and easy experience for me and she even offered me the fancy bag or the plan bag for being discrete of need be. Also the price i paid was great and the store is pretty nice too. Thank you Rosie for making my first visit a fun one 😊

The stores are clean. Some of the staff is friendly. The products such as flower are complete garbage. As with most dispensaries in Illinois the product has really bad chemical taste which makes them extremely unpleasant. The product also promotes headaches. Probably from all the juck that's sprayed on it. I knew legal cannabis would suck but I didn't expect it to be this bad.

Not sure who weighs product but always lighter than actual weight on lable!! Website info is canned, says and shows same for multiple products, supply not updated very often seems to be out of everything all the time, and they don't really honor promos they offer!!!!
