  Terrible prices and sales. They never have anything affordable. all the options are way overpriced. Go to Stash or Strictly Cannabis.

  When I started coming here over a year and a half ago the place was great. Fast service, I loved the staff (still do), and they always had what I wanted. RECENTLY HOWEVER this place has been a mess and it’s the upper managements fault I could tell right away. Got rid of their old super super super nice security team and then the second group seriously looked like a group of high schoolers. They just sat on their phones no matter where or how many time I saw them. Now apparently they have a third group? Like how secure can a place be with new guards all the time? The medical curbside pickup is ignored soooooo hard. Months and months of not getting attended to until I gave up and went inside. And yes I would honk like they said to. Today I was super frustrated with it and was told they are short staffed and managers cut their labor hours. Dumb management. This place gets business like crazy and it’s going to go under fast if the service doesn’t pick up. I genuinely don’t think it’s the staff at all it’s the managers. Then as a medical patient I can skip 10 people in line in the store…it’s uncomfortable for everyone involved. Just designate a staff member to the curbside and start encouraging your medical patients to use it!!

  Two stars because of their rule of prioritizing medical customers over regular ones. You can stand in line for 30mins, and they’ll still take medical customers ahead of you that just walked in. If its some old grandpa I understand, but most of these medical people able bodied and the rule is just terrible customer service.

  hidden camera in the bathroom is insane and needs to be talked about more from the CEO of this damn company. i don’t shop here often anymore due to high pricing and shitty staff but a camera now in a bathroom i’ve used multiple times….disgusting.

  I’ve been shopping at this location exclusively for the past two months because the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. Both employees were very rude. First, I was not served because one of the employees told me I was standing in the wrong line, even though I was the next customer waiting. Then another customer walked up, and she served them before me, explaining that it was because I was in the “wrong line.” Finally, when the other employee became available, I told her what I wanted to purchase. She refused to help me and said I had to place the order using the kiosk. During all of my previous visits, the staff had always been more welcoming, flexible, and willing to help me directly. I’m very disappointed because I had really grown to like this location and chose to come here because of the great customer service. After today’s experience, I don’t plan on coming back because I don’t want to deal with this kind of customer service again.

  Where to start horrendous service you asked for a manager you get treated like you’re five as a simple question how to place a pre-roll online I ended up having to leave the dispensary because of how I was being treated highly recommend going to a different place ascend in Chicago Ridge actually helps you out. Doesn’t tell you to go to a computer when you ask for the manager. He just laughs at you treat you like you’re a nobody. Gave them another chance 7//7/26 nothing changed make u wait like 30 mins let people cut u in line like i had a pre order and u still have to wait go to more established places like ascend never have these issues there

  Today I came in and was welcomed by multiple pleasant staff. When I turned around and asked for a recommendation the kind lady was able to help me and give me a recommendation im eager to go home and try. The budtender at the counter was also very helpful and he was happy to answer any of my questions. I wish I knew their names but this was like my 4th time coming and first time leaving a review.
