This place is a joke! 4th time trying and the last time… on more then one visit, as I sit in lobby for 20+ minutes to pick up already ready online order, customer (friend of employee) has walked in and been sent straight back to register with no regard for consumers sitting thirty minutes waiting already. I used to prefer this dispensary for deals but today Thrives deal and prices were almost half the cost of high profile for same products…I gave them 3 tries too many… get your flow and check in process worked on … what’s the point of online order if I still have to wait an hour in crowded waiting room trying to keep my bile and vomit down,,, cuz some of us need this as medicine not just to chill with friends as your customer service implies.

This is the worse dispensary in town. It's set up like a doctor's office. I had maximum points and they all fell off because I was sick for months and couldn't go. No other dispensary in town follows that business model. I go for one particular strain when I'm in the mood. Outside of that, I only go to Thrive or Bloc. Better deals, better atmosphere and less sitting on uncomfortable chairs to wait for my name to be called. The parking lot is terrible. The setup of the building is terrible. Again Thrive and Bloc are better bets.

Super busy had a 50 minute wait. The tiny lobby was jammed full of people. Told the guy we were sitting right outside the door. They came out and called for several other people but not me and my wife, making us wait another 15 minutes. Tenders were friendly and knowledgeable store is small with not much product on display. Waiting area sits 8 people. They need a bigger lobby so customers can wait comfortable. Pricing will bring me back but not nears as nice an expierence as other nearby dispos.
