I was in the other day or sometime last week when I was greeted and helped by a nice girl I believe her name was Jenn or Jenny if I remember correctly. She was genuinely so nice and helped me with my purchase, I was in a bit of a rush and she was able to get me exactly what I needed and in a timely fashion. Just wanted to thank her for her help, I really appreciated it!

I’ve been going to Windy City in Highwood for a while now, and the experience is always top-tier. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely care about helping you find exactly what you need. One person who really stands out is Tani — you can tell this isn’t just a job for her, it’s her passion. She took the time to introduce me to FSHO, and now I’m hooked. I love trying all kinds of it, and I honestly wouldn’t have discovered it without her guidance. She explains everything clearly and makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. The store is clean, well-organized, and always stocked with a great selection. Whether you’re new or experienced, this is the place to go. Highly recommend

I had a great visit to Windy City Dispensary and cannot recommend Tani enough! The energy in the shop is super positive making for a really comfortable experience right from the start. Tani was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the different product options. She gave me clear explanations of the effects I could expect, the flavor profiles, and the best dosages to try. It was so refreshing to have someone focus on what I actually wanted rather than just making a quick sale. Thanks to her help, I walked away with products I’m genuinely enjoying. If you’re heading in, definitely ask for Tani she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of!
