Customer service is great. The only thing that is not good. Is the hours not matching what it says on the Internet fair warning this place closes at 8 o’clock and I think they’re not open at all on Sunday. however, there Schaumburg dispensary will never let you down

Bummed by the experience. I came in specifically for The Step Sister strain and was hoping to pick up a couple ounces, but they didn’t have enough product available to complete the purchase. The bigger issue was the service experience. Dylan, who was scanning IDs, made me feel like I was a major inconvenience. At one point, he said something along the lines of, “Yes, I’m the human that helps you place your order — the very overworked human,” which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The team at the counter also seemed more focused on chatting and changing drawers than helping the people waiting in line. I ended up leaving without purchasing and will be picking up elsewhere. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.

To be transparent, I’m very Type A and I was not open to the idea of THC or CBD being something helpful to someone’s health. However, I was at a crossroads after finding out someone in my life had the needs of what THC and CBD may be able to fulfill. After some intense research and internet digging, I saw how many people it had helped and decided find a place with “legit” products l. I felt very wary, nervous, and to be honest, I was scared, but Mark really made it a smooth experience. I can truly say I feel good and comfortable with the idea of cannabis as medicine and even gifting after this experience. I went to Revolution Dispensary with my husband; and after having our IDs checked, we were able to enter. Being new to this “world”, I asked if someone could help but I saw there were only people in separated and already busy checkout area other than the woman at desk checking IDs. Thankfully, shortly after, I saw Mark come out of a door and I asked if he was able to assist. I asked him so many questions about the products and methods to consume, to figure out what is best for the purchase needs, and he was incredibly helpful. I think my husband was getting embarrassed and annoyed by my high-maintenance demeanor but Mark didn’t skip a beat. He answered all my questions and concerns without any annoyance, just in kindness and intention. I made it clear I didn’t have a budget, I only wanted to purchase what was going to be safe and clean but he still took the time to let me know what items I was able to get deals on and how being a first time customer came with “perks”. I purchased several options so that the recipient could figure out what worked best for them and felt good on the choices due to Mark’s explanations and help. I don’t know what I expected but whatever I had in mind, Mark exceeded any expectations and benchmarks of great customer service. Though I don’t partake in the products, I have many friends that do. So now I feel good knowing I have a place I feel comfortable purchasing cannabis gifts from. I probably will seek out Mark each time I go though, since I still don’t really know this “world” first-hand. He really made the experience smooth for a Type A/anxiety-ridden person like me so I can’t imagine him being anything but helpful for anyone else in the world. I highly recommend this store and Mark. Thanks again, Mark!

Just popped in again for the deals on 4/20 at just about 4:20 pm with a very cordial and respecting specialist cashier, thanks for checking on the harvest dates, and take a lesson Rise, Curaleaf, these guys have fresh flower for the strain your looking plus great service. Be back soon for some more stepsister and g'd cheese. However these other dispensaries also did give credits just to use as pts at our discretion during this occasion for loyal customers of course, we can all learn from each other on cut out the inefficiencies and everybody wins. Thanks D

This place has fallen off. Been coming here since they opened. No inventory on their own Brand live resin carts ever. Been like this for a year now. Customer service is wack. Came without my physical ID once and got harassed by an employee. Sunnyside in Buffalo grove or any of the Zen leaf near your location I would suggest.

I love Revolution mt. prospect. I was told by a budtender 2 months ago they weren’t going to carry IC Collective anymore and Island brands. Well Island I could see ditching but IC Collective?? Come on, Ben and his seeds are fabulous. I kind of forgot about Revolution and just decided to check their menu this morning to see if they had anything good, and they have lots of IC Collective strains!! Super happy because I only smoke IC collective flower and occasionally NEZ/Otherside but there’s really nothing else that competes with IC Collective. Back to coming to Revolution!! IC just dropped a new strain Ziablo Diablo OG x Purple Head Band and Sour Chem(T.I.T.S. x Zerps) and another one is dropping any month now -entitled “The Other One” Sean

The new manager has such a warm and welcoming presence, and having his sweet, friendly dog there is honestly the cherry on top! Definitely not a dud! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly works hard to make sure every customer has a five-star experience. The leadership there has always done a great job creating a positive and welcoming environment. I’ve been shopping here for years and will absolutely continue to — this team is truly the best around! 🤌
