I've given this place multiple chances. I’m tired of the workers being rude through the drive-through, and today the product I bought was broken and not even usable. I’m officially done.

My girl Jas is SO AMAZING!!! She's not just a bud tender but she connects so well with people and it makes them feel welcome and adored. She is truly a blessing every time I see her. There are not enough words to describe the amazing person she is. Many blessings to you always!

I actually like this dispensary most of the people in the drive through are nice and helpful but TODAY 7/12/26 I was met with the most disrespectful drive through attendant. I arrived around 4-5pm so whoever was working then that’s the one that needs some re training. I pull up and sat back because I was getting my money ready so she mugged me - death stared at me. I’m like ?? Ok. I get myself together and pull up to the window and she doesn’t speak, doesn’t give a wave, nothing still death staring me. I’m like okay something must be wrong with her. I give her my money she walks away for a while then says the store is out so now that’s she’s speaking and not a mute I asked her was she having a bad day because her attitude is disgusting towards me and I’ve never seen this woman a day in my life. She had an evil on her as if she knew me. I let her know it’ll get better but she is rude and taking your bad day / life on people who you don’t know is insane. Somebody needs to work on her customer service she’ll run into the wrong one with that attitude.

I've been shopping there ever since they made marijuana legal never had any issues up until this last month. 2 issues with my pre-orders I'm being charged more. Than, what I'm pre-ordering at the drive through window. First time, I didn't say anything. Because I was given the item but I didn't order the extra item, but let it ride.Second time, tonight I called up there to bring it to their attention. They pass the phone around to several individuals. No resolution, the last person I was speaking with wanted to hurry me up off the phone to telling me, have a good night and Im thinking I'm bringing a serious concerns to your attention. People pay attention to your orders. And your money, I made the mistake and went home and open up my bag Typically, like I said, never had a problem. These two incidents, I had Under Flora Farms. I never had a problem when it was greenlight. They're adding extra items on at the window without your permission. And since the second instance and the way I was treated on the phone I won't be back to that flora farms. Whatever slick shiesty stuff y'all got going on, you won't get me again!!!

So, I always go to this location for my needs because they always have satisfying things for me. I don’t know his name because I was too busy laughing & building a marijuana rapport with him. I “ think “ his name is Paul because it’s the only name I saw, hopefully I’m right because he deserves it. But he’s Black, with a beard, you can’t miss him. ANYWHO, we talked about seeing Jesus… listen [ I took one hitter quitter & didn’t see the rest of the day, slept at 1pm woke up at 8pm ], whew. I’ve had him as a Budtender & also a greeter at the door. All times, my Ma [ who doesn’t smoke at all ] were greeted with love. I always force her to come in with me…. Haha. But nah, he suggested something to me & I was lowkey scared. My Ma says… “ he knows his stuff “. I laughed because she doesn’t know anything about it. Truly, she was right. If I can see him every time, I’m in his aisle.

Now to be fair, we are from Colorado, and I don't smoke weed. However, my girlfriend does. And I mean a lot. And she's kind of a weed snob. She found the weed here. Just good. Not great but just good.. so all I can do is go off what she said.

I asked for the most potent half oz deal. Meta glasses pulled up wit Black Ice Sounded intriguing.... So I feel like it was not cured completely and too moist I get it the us dollar ain't worth nothin no mo But it's just a weed and the rips offs are putting Americans on the street! When will we get good product$ for our money? Second trip, the Lawrence Fishbourne looking gentleman was going to get me Cantaloupe Haze but sold out and sold out of black ice so he recommended cereal milk. It was soaking wet also. The black ice has a decent buzz but the cearl milk needs proper curing too. Thank you for your time.

This New flora farms Return policy is a SCAM and the new management have bad attitude . Wouldn’t refund me when I got flower instead of a vape. Wouldn’t do any exchange, and loyalty points seem to never add up. Price is too high for such low potency.
