  I dont know if I just caught them on a bad day or what, but my experience was not what I'm used to when going to this location. When it was Greenlight the staff was so kind and helpful. Today I went and was greeted by a very kind young lady, had a pleasant conversation and went on inside. Once behind the door, there was a man and a woman behind the counter both with customers. The man's customer was done and he was still finalizing something in his computer. During that time a young lady who appeared to have just started her shift walked up, and the man whom I thought would serve us never looked up at us, just motioned for us to go to the young lady. Once there, we waited on her to log in. The gentleman took the next person who was behind us. When the lady was ready for us, she asked what we would like. I told her I don't know, but i have my medical card and would like to know some options. It was clear she was new and she looked over to the gentleman for assistance who looked AWAY. So she tried her best, but i was looking for some help with deciding and she just wasnt very knowledgeable. We absolutely didn't feel welcomed as I usually do at every single dispensary. So we left. For the first time I left a dispensary empty handed when I spend roughly $200 every time i go. Just not a good experience.

  On arrival we were greeted by Cheyanne, they were very nice and informed us of the hidden fees that MIGHT pop up(due to your bank, not them). I appreciated that information as someone who counts every penny lol. When we went to the shop room, we were helped by Jay, again, greeted with a smile and great attitude. They were very informative about the strains and their potency(which mattered..very much😉) and also reiterated the informationabout the fees(loved that). All and all...our first time was great and we will be back to this location when we come back in town!

  Bring back the kiosks. Bring back the kiosks.!!!!!!! We hate the gray blackout Windows The increase in taxes not cool, there’s a $15 tax on every product in the store even if the product itself isn’t $15. Other than the fact that taken the kiosks away, blacked out all the windows and increase the taxes on your products. Other than that this is my favorite spot. But if something isn’t done about the taxes that might send people back to the street vendors.

  I am a college student, taking online courses at SNHU, I inquired about the student discount and mentioned that online students don’t receive physical ID cards, and wanted to know if there were other options to provide proof. I pulled up my school email account and that wasn’t good enough. Please figure out a way to honor student discounts for ALL college students with and without student ID’s. The manager gives off attitude, it’s not a good look and I won’t be back.

  It’s difficult making a name for yourself in a city as a business that is competing with other businesses that are selling the same products…. especially when you don’t set yourself apart in a positive way to the individuals that give you an opportunity to do just that. My experience here is not as warm as it once was….which should have nothing to do with a new business taking over a space. But…… i guess I’ll just be another 2 cents being added to the reviews. Bless yalls hearts….

  I loved to come here when it was Greenlight, and still generally enjoy the ambiance and space since the full rollout of Flora Farms. Since acquiring Greenlight, there are some things that I’ll miss and the kiosk is the main thing. I don’t always want to work with the budtender to place an order, so it was convenient to shop on the kiosk in store. Additionally, the entrance is not that welcoming anymore. When I pulled up a little after sunset at 7:50p, the store appeared to be closed due to the added blurring finish on the lobby windows and the fact that no lot lights had come on yet and hours are not posted on the door how they previously were. The only reason I knew they were open is because I physically got out of my car to hear the music playing on the lot. I’ll be looking forward to how Flora makes the parking lot/entrance more warm and welcoming. I hope yall can resolve the first impression from the lot though to invite that warmth back in to the space. It’s very sterile, cold, and unwelcoming with the new treatment. Overall, I’m excited to know that Flora kept the same amazing staff and will continue on with the events that Greenlight was known for. Working with Cheyenne was the best! She is patient and will take the time necessary to fully service you.

  “I visited Greenlight Dispensary in Ferguson on April 20th, and the interaction with the general manager was truly uncomfortable. The way they spoke to me was so dismissive that it was hard to believe. Of course, being treated like that was exactly the customer service I was hoping for. If you enjoy feeling undervalued, this is the place for you. I won’t be returning.”
