  Worst waiting experience out of every dispensary in Illinois. I get it rec needs to wait for medical but 3 employees waiting on medical while 1 is only doing rec is crazy. The rec line was over 10 people long and the medical get to just walk in and out. 2nd thing product is way over priced compared to Joliet. Once another dispensary opens in new Lenox you guys will never have lines again

  Curaleaf has been a great dispensary. Great items to choose from. The staff always greats you immediately with kindness. You may have to wait in a line but the atmosphere is great to be in and once you are at the cashier its quick and easy. They are so kind. Great job Curaleaf New Lenox!

  Always have a good time going there the staff is always so welcoming and helpful went in today to grab a cartridge they politley informed me that there was a deal going on and i could get three more and it would be like five more dollars so yea place is great and shout out bernedette for letting me know about that deal

  Staff were rude and have bad attitudes for having an easy job the product is stuff you can get anywhere for the same price but the workers at the desk are rude and assume you’ve been there 100 times when In reality most people aren’t chronic weed smokers and are productive and don’t visit the shop very often

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this place on weekends or during peak hours. For some reason, they consistently have only two employees working, even on high-traffic days like 4/20 when they’re actively running promotions. Management doesn’t seem to plan staffing appropriately for busy times, and it shows. If you’re not a medical patient, be prepared to wait—potentially 15+ minutes—while medical customers are prioritized, even when the recreational line is already six or more people deep. While I understand the policy, it becomes frustrating when the store is clearly understaffed. During my visit, I saw multiple employees in the back while no one was assisting customers up front. At one point, an employee who had just gotten off work skipped the line, was checked out on the side, and staff immediately went back to chatting—despite a growing line of waiting customers. Meanwhile, managers briefly came out, saw the situation, and returned to the back without addressing it. This all points to a larger issue with management and staffing. Hiring more employees per shift and better organizing the team during busy hours would significantly improve the customer experience. As it stands, the wait times and lack of urgency are incredibly frustrating. Update (July): Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I stopped in on a Sunday around 1:30 p.m., and once again there was only one cashier trying to handle a steadily growing line while several other employees appeared to be in the back. No one came up to help, leaving the cashier to manage everything alone. At this point, management really needs to get it together. If New Lenox would put another dispensary in town I’d gladly take my business elsewhere. Since this location is the closest, I still end up here occasionally—but more and more, it’s worth making the extra drive to a competitor just to avoid the poor staffing and long waits.

  This location is the best. Customer service is top notch. I’m fairly regular and I haven’t had a bad interaction ever. Today, as always Jillian was a delight to see, always a great experience when she helps. Thanks Jillian!

  Worst weed ever. Kept trying different brands and multiple times buying open containers tampered with and in ways that you don't notice till you get home. Very sad and again very mysteriously harsh weed eye watering head pounding and very expensive with taxes included. It was so bad I finally quit. Thank you, curealeaf saving lots of cash.

  I put an online order yesterday at 2:06 pm and was told I would be notified when it was ready. I called after two hours and was told that there was a long queue. The order was never ready. This morning, I checked on the order and someone cancelled the order. Not sure who.
