I’m only giving them a one star review cause I couldn’t give them a zero. I went in today and ordered on their kiosk, the budtenders grabbed the stuff and rang it up without verifying what we had. Got out to the parking lot and realized he have us a quarter instead of the half ounce that we ordered, the other one was right. Went back in to ask for a manager , well he claims he can’t do anything , that he packed the order himself and that’s what I ordered. No, it was not , the budtender was the one that packed it. I would suggest noone shop here. I know I WILL NOT BE BACK and I will tell everyone that too.

I had an excellent experience at the Beyond Hello dispensary recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my budtender David! From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for (something balanced for relaxation with a nice flavor profile), asked great questions about my preferences and tolerance, and recommended a couple of perfect strains and products that hit the mark exactly. The suggestions were spot-on – high quality, fresh, and exactly what I needed. The vibe in the store is welcoming, the selection is impressive, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. If you're in the St. Louis Illinois area and want a positive, no-pressure shopping experience with staff who actually know their stuff, definitely check out Beyond Hello and ask for David. Highly recommend – 10/10 will be back soon! 🌿
