No "Happy Birthday" on my birthday. I did get the discount but I don't think my budtender felt much like tending.

This review is a long time coming. On the date of this occurrence, I was still recovering from going septic twice in one month in the hospital. I was wrecked with severe neurological pain, nausea, and overall complete discomfort. So, I believe it was the day before Christmas of 2022 when I wentinto Maribus with my emotional support animal. I didn’t hesitate to do this as all the other dispensaries in the city welcome dogs openly. I silently figured it shouldn’t be an issue. Not only was it an issue, but it turned into a 911 call I had to make reporting one of their employees.. The guy who is trying to check me in told me I couldn’t bring my dog in, and I let him know that the other dispensaries allow it. We went back back-and-forth until he took my cell phone off the counter and threw it onto the floor towards my dog. I went outside and called the police. The police arrived in the officer was extremely kind as his mother suffered from debilitating pain. He walked in and addressed the management and the person who threw my phone was immediately fired. And then I was promised $250 in credit as an apoolgy. So later that week I went to a different Maribus dispensary only to find that I had been banned from all Maribus dispensaries. To my great fortune, this mishap helped me find Ascend Dispensary. There not only is my dog welcome, but they treat her wonderfully and give her treats. But this isn’t only about my dog. This is about the very poor treatment of a noticeably suffering human. After all, I do have a medical card. That should say enough. All that Maribus did was act cruelly to me. You will find many other dispensaries in town with friendly staff and with a welcome pet policy. I suggest you go just about anywhere else other than this business. Seriously, what terrible people. and all the day before Christmas. every time I see why they’re billboards I remember that evening. It was truly a crushing experience. Whoever made these decisions at your business, shame on you, truly.
