Everytime I place an online order the price is higher in store and when you say somthing they are like "Oh well". I like the disposable vapes and I had three 2gram hybrid in a row that stopped working before they were even half way gone. Finally said something they told to send an email. So I did they asked for the original package. Who keeps that? After about a month of trying to reach someone again to find out if anything can be done I asked about it in person and they told me to ask for a manger so I did and they offered me an item for a $1. I asked if I could get one to match the new battery I just brought and she said she did not know but I could choose out of what they had available. Well I went in today and the person I spoke with was rude as soon as I said the word defective product... he then typed my name asked my phone number and went in the back came out with something did not ask me what kinda I buy or how much the old brought was the broke. Just here ya go this or nothing. Ive has better customer service before it was legal 🙄 buyer beware!

Gone here a few times and it seemed like a good spot close to home but went today and the woman working had a very unwelcoming attitude. She didn’t speak to me until I spoke to her and wouldn’t allow me to order without using the tablet or going online. There was no one else in the store…. Thought those methods were for efficiency but have never been required to use one. Very odd to turn away a customer and be unwilling to be a budtender. As a business owner, might as well install a vending machine & save on hourly instead of paying a budtender.
