  Website is a scam, their 2g vape cartridges show up as 48$ and as soon as you go to the cart they jump to 69$. SCAM

  I gave them a one star rating for the new point system it sucks can't really ever use it and it's for nothing good they need to change it worst point system ever honestly as a customer who spends a lot of money there's no reward for spending alot of money

  I've been too spoiled by Michigan dispensaries for this kind of place, this is a hard pass for me I won't be going back. No specials or discounts for first time customers and then it's implied that they take the medical card but they don't it's not a medical dispensary it's a recreational dispensary they say they give you a discount but I don't believe they do because it's an entirely different menu of products at different prices if you have the medical card I don't believe you get any discounts. Plus if you go to Michigan you can see the bud you could smell it and everything is on display, this place everything is behind a wall and they open this little door in the wall and somebody hands the cashier your products all sealed up that you can't open to look at or check out. You have to give your ID through this little hole in this bulletproof glass entrance wall...the place is adjacent to the Westchester PD.... Illinois has nothing on Michigan. That being said everybody I dealt with was super nice but the place is a very expensive and there is no discount if you have a medical card I don't care what they say they just make the products more expensive that are available to people with medical cards it seemed like to me. Michigan's like not even 2 hours away and you could go to the Indiana dunes... As soon as you drive over the state line it's nothing but dispensaries and they all give you like a 40% discount for your first time it's crazy how much better it is in Michigan than Illinois. You could go twice a year and stock up but I thought since my boyfriend's got the medical card will try this out and now I think that recreational dispensaries that say that they take the medical card are just scamming people. They have a medical menu and a recreational menu and they just make the medical menu more expensive to cover for the imaginary discount.

  This place is total trash. Website never works properly and they consistently close before their posted hours. Terrible customer service. Employees act like they’re being forced to accept their employment there and want nothing to do with actually helping the customers.

  My very first time visiting was today. The gentleman who waited on me was absolutely great and took the time to educate me on the products. Will definitely be returning back here whenever I'm in town.

  Maribis is more of a scam than a dispensary. Initially Maribis had a point program that allowed you to pick out product in exchange for stackable points. That randomly disappeared, without notice to any of their customers, and you were now only allowed to redeem points for products they have hand picked. These products of course were low quality, and very obviously the product they were getting stuck with and couldn’t sell. Low THC% flower and low quality brands that they had massive quantities of. What a treat for the customers! If you thought things couldn’t get worse they do. They once again changed their reward program recently, with the only notification being IN STORE on a piece of paper. Not a text, which they send you 5 of to confirm your order. Because of this my points have vanished and are not redeemable any longer. How hard is it to inform your customers that their points will vanish if they don’t stop in store? Apparently too hard for this manager. It should have been a sign when I had seen numerous former Maribi’s employees at other local dispensaries warning customers not to go here. That management is a major problem here. The customer does not come first here, the sales do. I’ll be banned for this review, if it even makes it up, the manager is a coward who can’t handle criticism based off what I’ve seen on other reviews. Please go to any other dispensaries nearby, there are now many more and I can promise you all of them treat their customers CORRECTLY.

  Was okay experience, parking was in back and had to walk to the front door. They don't take debit cards and had to use a ATM in the shop.

  Store used to have good sales prices on their house brands, bg, Lula, dab. Now they've gone "Hollywood"! Much higher sales prices, even their "sales" are high priced. Too bad...for customers AND employees. 😐

  Just a quick shout out about Nathan! His happy face and greeting is always showing when he’s present, no matter if he is my bud tender or not. He goes out his way to say hello, making me feel special and individual. When he is my tender, Nate is always giving me good suggestions and new blend availabilities. He’s always willing to help without being pushy! In a more personal level, Nate is also fun to talk to about his music and drumming passion. All in all, he always satisfies to make you feel good when you’re in the store. He is a really nice guy, knowing how to treat people, being a great asset to Maribis and their customers! Keep up the good work, Nate! You always put a smile on my face, bud! 🤙🏼

  *updated review*. I’m guessing they have seen my review and decided to take away all of my life points away. Is this really how you treat loyal customers that spend hundreds of dollars in your store? I recommend to future customers to spend their hard earned money somewhere else. This dispensary doesn’t care about their customers at all. **To the owner of this establishment, please read my review** I’ve been buying from this dispensary for years now, and never once I had a problem with anyone until now. The manager that worked on 10-17-25 around 5:20pm was very rude and disrespectful towards me for no reason. She kept giving attitude to me when I was generally confused about the new policy. I was asking questions to help me better understand the policy, but she proceed to rudely say “I’m not going to sit here and argue with you”. I calmly told her that I’m not trying to argue with her and that I’m just genuinely asking questions about the new policy. Majority of your workers recognize me and never had an issue with me, and I always tipped them because they gave good service and advice these past year. This isn’t the first time I had an issue with that manager, the first time she chose to ignore me and didn’t serve me, but I chose to ignore her rude manner because I really love your dispensary and the products that you sell. Especially the kind workers who have served me before. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and to get treated like this by the manager of my favorite place is a slap to the face.

  I love this store and the deals they bring Don’t get me wrong. But I’ve never seen any bud tender Uneager to be a bartender before like these two guy that are There in the evening. I asked them questions about products and comparisons, and they give me a few word answer. all my experiences I’ve had with bud tenders They are really Eager To find a product that’s best for you. They’re very eager to just help you before you even get to the counter . These guys seem like they barely want take your order. Super low energy and need more customer service skills.
