  Ordered the 710 mystery package on 7/10. The package was filled and had as expected mid-quality gummies, carts and concentrates. The coupon book is filled with non-stackable, ready to expire on 8/02 coupons. My fiance brought this place to my attention as they have a first purchase discount as well as a birthday discount that he was able to receive for his birthday. Using the app, I asked about both and they stated there is no discount available. When I check the website, it doesn't show a way to redeem the discount. My fiance had been offered it the month prior for his account, what was different about my transaction? On top of coupon issue there was a distasteful attitude by the clerks. My fiance had a text notification, causing the clerk handling the orders in front of us to exclaim "who's grandpa is that" to which my fiance felt offended as he is a construction worker and needs to hear his notifications over loud power tools. I have yet to enter any dispensary and receive at least standard customer service.

  Best dispensary all around! Nicest staff, best prices, great selection. My favorite place to go I left this review 3 years ago and I just wanted to I guess add a new edit to my review, because I still regularly shop here. I’ve seen people seemingly come and go, but I have to say I’m always glad to see the manager (I always forget his name, but he has a jojos bizarre adventure golden wind pin on his lanyard) and the security guys at the front have mostly been the same faces that I’m used to, always nice to say hi. But my favorite addition of the last year must be Mikey, she always makes me leave with a smile on my face. Great hypeman for while you’re spending a bunch of money, which is a good thing. More places should acknowledge if you’re a big spender lol But yeah all in all, Mikey is a solid employee and she always gives the best service, even if she may see me 4 times in a week lol

  So as equally I would take the time to highlight poor customer service, I make sure I take the time to highlight when customer service is not only 10 stars but an environment where you know great customer service is the standard. I interrupted Mr. Greg to help me AND ZERO HESITATIONS he stopped everything and helped me get a helluva deal, put me on game with the app, how to take advantage of promos. If someone from Windy City is reading this - please take the time to acknowledge how appreciative someone was of the taking the time to go over the promos and the interaction as a whole. I hope you’re managers read this and have you in line for a promotion bc you deserve it and you can tell you love what you do and that “make every interaction count” mentality. Thanks again Greg!!…. OHHHH ONE OTHER THING - I remember coming here years ago and I remember the security guard Elijah and thinking 🤔 “the kid that’s 12 is asking me for my ID - welcome to adulthood.” Now he’s all grown up and stands over me 😭 What hasn’t changed is that same Day 1 attention to detail and setting the tone for the experience as you walk in. Elijah is the human where no matter how 💩 your day is, you really appreciate someone going out of there way to make sure you’re good but low key looking out for your safety and observing things we take for granted in 2026…. A thankless job to 90+% - Elijah, it speaks volumes when you see someone years later still have that drive to PROACTIVELY AND CONSISTENTLY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure you’re safe and just having a great day. Management - last request 🙏🏽 As easy as it seems to just scan an ID, it goes without saying someone who since they started their role takes their job with a level of professionalism such as Elijah. For Elijah - more than just a “wow you got a shout out on Google” is OVERLY deserving of Elijah.

  I had such a great experience thanks to Mikey! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. She has a great attitude, answered all my questions, and gave excellent recommendations without making me feel rushed. On top of that, she's super cute and has an awesome personality that really brightens the experience. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Mikey—you'll get amazing customer service every time!
