I'm a repeat customer/patient with Capital Wellness Solutions at Picardy Ave. in Baton Rouge LA. The main problem I've had at this location is communication by phone and email. Example: I placed an order this morning, July 30, 2026. I paid for it through my bank account, after placing the order it was changed to "pickup" even though I placed it as delivery because I recently came home from the hospital and couldn't make the trip. I called CWS (repeatedly) to correct their mistake but it's impossible to get a live customer agent. I followed the prompts but their mailbox is full (constantly) so you can't even leave a message. They have not answered any of the emails sent and I will make a complaint to the proper medical authorities because this is an ongoing problem. I've always left good reviews about them but this isn't one of them. Fed Up

What’s wrong with the phones it’s like I can never get a hold of anyone. Every time I press 1 to speak to someone it says invalid entry. I’m gonna start trying O Neal at this point because it’s giving sketchy here

What has happened to this location? Never again. Rude beyond belief. Untrained staff. High prices. Poor selection. Air bubbles in dabs and vapes. Heating up to remove air but not replacing them. Their buyout from Good Year Farms caused nothing but chaos and terrible customer service. Look at your reviews! You obviously do NOT care.

Man, this place has dropped off quickly since the old owners left. It's a medical facility... yet there are now tip jars and a guy with a folding table inside selling things called "the candy man"... It was like walking into the twilight zone, it went from being a respectable establishment with professional workers to extremely unprofessional seemingly overnight. Not happy with this change, and there are no other options...

Im sorry but the tall girl and the la dry with green hair that worked the registers today were very slow. If you want to have a personal convo with customers atleast make sure no one is in line behind them because of e lady ask the cashier was she holding up the line and the cashier looked at the line and replied no which was a lie.. there is no reason to talk hold up the line for 10 mins

What a train wreck. Don't have online orders ready in time. Charge fees for evening but cash. Friendly enough, but horribly managed.

I had a great experience. I walked in and everyone was nice. There was no line and my order was ready and waiting for me. I was out and happily on my way in less then 10 minutes. The lady that helped me was an absolute doll. 10/10 will fill with this location again!

This place is absolutely pitiful. What used to be a well structured, easy and accessible dispensary is no longer. The system for orders is changed, and you will have your order canceled far before close. More than 2/3 of the waiting room chairs have been removed. While asking to discuss this lack of accessibility with management, she was not willing to speak. This is an ableist and unfair system. This is a Medical Marijuana dispensary. The key word is medical, because those who are using it qualify medically. Why is the system and layout of the building now unsuitable for those suffering pain that requires medical marijuana? I genuinely am curious as to what led to these changes? The process is not faster.

Worst dispensary ever!!!! Nothing is consistent. There is an order online thing so people don't have to sit an hour and wait on the thirty people that work there to decide to wait on you. Then when you do order online if you don't get there within the next 5 minutes of whatever time your order's ready they put your order back and then when you do get there you got to wait for an hour and a half to get your order. Hands down Greenleaf is much smaller and way better than this place could ever be worse dispensary ever
