This dispensary cashier over charge me 20 dollars during time I lost my husband for some 12 dollars night night gummy. I called them and they found it and said I could come get it. I asked if they could credit me and they said yes. But today I tried to use it and they wouldn’t honor the credit. So that means they took my money. Now I am telling everyone what they did and me and my son will not be using this dispensary anymore.

I'm from Memphis TN, so i like it strong, and the young man in the shop is very knowledgeable, professional, and gave me great suggestions! Clean store with good variety even though no flowers, gummies kick hard enough!

I can’t express how much I appreciate this place. I’ve only been twice, as I’m new to trying more natural methods to treat anxiety and sleep issues. They are highly knowledgeable, really patient, and educated me on the differences between products. I have had nothing but positive experiences with each recommendation, and they truly listened to the things I wanted to address. I wanted to get away from pharmaceutical anxiety medications prescribed by doctors, to help aid in relaxation and rest. I sleep better with the gummies and through the night, than any prescription. Great staff! Above and beyond! They really do care and that’s RARE in customer service. Highly recommend!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mother is out of town and forgot her products. She called me to figure out how many milligrams or what type of product she typically takes. I asked to speak with the employee and she said "I'm putting her on speaker to let you know what type of product she wants." He immediately said he cant sell to a third party over the phone. She and I both tried to explain that she was buying for herself and that I am in Florida sitting in MY OWN CBD Store. He VERY RUDLEY kept cutting her off while she was speaking and refused service and my mother left without incident. And yes I did call them directly after my mother left to let them know what type of shitty service they provide. His approach was extremely rude and that was the response he received from me. DONT WASTE YOIR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
