  I couldn’t get a refund or equal exchange on a cartridge despite not leaving the bud tender. I purchased a cartridge that has a photo of an all in one with a battery and they didn’t work with me at all for their advertising mistake. I hate Maryland.

  I visited the store as a medical patient. Staff was A bit unprofessional and unfamiliar with the process of how to check in a med patient. Recreation patients went ahead of me even though I arrived first. Would not recommend!

  I’ve recently started coming to Salvera, and I can honestly say it’s become my favorite dispensary. It’s wayyyy better than the other dispensaries I’ve visited in PG County, tons of options. And, I met the owner one day , who was incredibly nice, first time I’ve ever seen an owner actually in their store working with the team!!! The location is perfect—easy to get to, plenty of parking, and I actually feel comfortable getting in and out of my car without constantly looking over my shoulder. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to answer questions and help you find exactly what you’re looking for instead of rushing you through the process or just staring at you while you look at the menu. That level of customer service really stands out. I’ve been to other dispensaries in the area that I was very loyal to one off of Allentown rd and another around cap Heights but the customer service began to be absolute TRASH and when patients aren’t being valued , it’s def time to move on. None of them have matched the experience I’ve had at Salvera. I also love the boutique-style setup—it’s clean, modern, organized, and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for great service, a convenient location, and an overall top-tier experience, I definitely recommend checking out Salvera. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me.

  Staff was rude, awkward and unprofessional. They also wouldn’t allow me to use my military veteran discount stating that because I’m a military spouse the discount isn’t for me. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a dispensary in Maryland until I went to Salvera in Bowie. I’ve been to dispensaries throughout Maryland and have never encountered this type of problem. After this experience I will NOT be returning here, their attitudes were very low vibrational and overall I didn’t feel welcome at this establishment. It’s a sign of disrespect when you have a spouse that retired with honor after serving 22 years in the US military.

  Might be my Fav spot! It’s my second time and I love the friendliness of the staff. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Superb products & the lady at the front was all that (I can’t remember her name, sorry I smoke 😂) overall experience was fantastic!
