This place is amazing. This is my second time here, but the service I got from the black lady with short hair was horrible. It made me not want to come back to this place. Compared to everyone else getting helped and explained what you are getting, the lady I got was just like, “Here you go. Anything else, like no help, the attitude was just horrible.” If you don’t like your job, then go find a new one. Plain and simple.

Long time customer but looking like I have to find a new dispensary - since they started the work of opening a new store in Laurel the customer service and operations in general seem to be struggling. Wrong orders, long wait times, feeling rushed and lack of organization seems to be seriously killing this place. In the last two weeks I’ve received the wrong product and lack of product in which if I pulled away would have been S.O.L. Prices seem pretty high also as I get a VIP discount and it ends up being the same price as other dispensaries without it discounted Airopro Vape carts GPW w/ vip discount $44 Goldleaf Vape carts Goldleaf no discount $45 Just seems like GPW is focused on expansion and the almighty dollar rather then their original business and helping people find solutions to their illnesses or sicknesses. Hopefully they can right the ship but for now I’ll look for a new shop. As I write this I have been sitting for 35 mins in the parking lot waiting on my order smh...... Update 11/1/20 Took 20 plus minutes on a Monday morning to bring my order out when I watched customers come and go - not sure what is going on with this place Dropped 30% on Fridays - Tony is straight up money grabbing now
