    I just wanted to share some feedback because I genuinely enjoy coming here. I’ve been a regular customer for about eight months, and I’ve always had a great experience, which is why this has been so disappointing. I’m not sure what’s changed, whether it’s new hires or different staff on certain shifts but the last couple of times I’ve checked out, the male cashiers have been noticeably rude. A couple of my visits included unnecessary attitudes and snarky remarks that made me feel unwelcome. On the other hand, the women on your team have consistently been friendly, professional, and welcoming. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I think it may be worth addressing in a team meeting or through additional customer service training. I truly like this business and would rather see the issue corrected than stop coming altogether. I do plan to continue supporting your business, but if I have another experience like the last two, I’ll unfortunately have to find somewhere else to shop. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I’d really like to continue being a customer.
