  Ever since the remodel the location is going downhill. No longer have the drive thru open, door to get in always broken, and lights inside either out or flashing. Prior to remodel numerous workers available, now 1 desk, 1 counter is norm. Location is great, but may be worth drive to go elsewhere including Maryland which has a greater variety and more help. Need 4x4 to traverse the parking lot. Its a poorly ran and will most likely close when new dispensary opens on Eisenhower. I know dozens of people taking business there.

  Been going downhill since they changed ownership. The last 7/10 sale wasn’t even close to what we used to have access to around the holidays. Everything was normal prices pretty much. My biggest gripe is they quietly changed triple point Wednesdays to double point. Ive been a Wednesday shopper since they opened, why ruin a good thing?

  Average dispensary, don't put in drive thru order, it doesn't look like it is used anymore. When it does, there's a chance youll get stuck behind a delivery truck and no one will be there to help you (staff has to stop everything to take the delivery) Upper management won't spend money to get the parking lot or bathrooms fixed. My order has been wrong multiple times, so check it. Can't wait for the other dispo to open on Eisenhower!! This one gives me the heebie jeebies but at least there's a waiting room now. Shout out to my homies that still work there!! You know who you are

  It was my first ever time going and I had Matt help me pick out what stuff I would get, and he was super helpful and respectful and kind, and it was an all around great experience. The first time deal is insanely good as well!

  I was only there one time and it's my last time. Prices are ridiculous and I'm not impressed at all. It was a lot better back in the day

  Worst one I go to. Wait times are crazy. Process is slow. Expensive unless you buy discounted items. 25 minutes so far. 10 people in front of me. Only 2 people working the counter. Update got there today about 09:20, 6 people in front of me, 3 more showed up. Only one person working the counter... Again.. waited 10 mins only got thru one person. Decided to spend my money elsewhere. Could you imagine waiting 30 minutes or more to get a pack of cigs or buy a gallon of milk. Worst dispo in PA!!! Yes employees are cool, everything else sucks. ZERO stars!

  Used to be a good dispensary. I shopped here almost exclusively my first few years in the area but was starting to get tired of wait time issues and then price issues. I Showed up on a Saturday morning for the first time in a few months and there was one employee working on the sales floor and ten people waiting. I was there for 40 minutes which is more time waiting than my last 10 visits to Gettysburg Curaleaf combined. On top of that, their prices are higher than Curaleaf. I will not be going back.

  Was in MD for a wedding and decided to stop here on my way back to PA. Very quick service for how busy they were. Amber did such a good job explaining all the deal and rewards I would be getting. And as a first time patient I received 50% off! Will definitely be back, menu was 🔥

  I'm actually really frustrated that I put in an order. Arrived to pick it up and get turned away because they claim their at max capacity for the rest of the night? It's not past closing time. I had an order placed My order should already be picked and my spot should be reserved and this honestly makes me not even want to come back here. There's plenty of dispensary's around here with more options anyway. This dispensary really needs to get it together. All of the other ones seem to run smoothly

  Good medical marijuana/cannabis dispensary that often has some great products that you can't find at the other dispensaries in the area at the time, and also seemingly has sales on specific things such as RSO more often than the other local dispensaries, which is a huge plus for me, having a spinal cord injury and needing lots of RSO sometimes. Highly recommend checking their website etc daily or even weekly for deals etc. when you check the others. Never know what you might find at Fluent in Hanover <3 Oh and Brandon is the best bud tender that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. That guy deserves a raise and a promotion IMO 🫶😁

  Cold inside, parking lot is terrible, and there was a cop sitting across the street. I was told I had my 50% off yesterday when I called, drove a hour today and was told I don't qualify.
