I dont know if staff changed but service use to be good at thia location. Just went in to get something and asked about the promotion 5 for 30 that was online to the front desk guy and confirm it was still going. After ordering they tell me I choose the wrong ones for the promotion so I chavge my order to the ones the bud tender tells me then I have another employee that those dont count for the promotion.all I'm saying is if you guys are going to advertise a promotion to get people thru the door then honor. Wasted my time

Prices can be stupid high. App is terrible, cant upload Id and Va Weed Certificate cuz there app is junk, just resets. And they make you upload these again even when your signed into YOUR account (SO STUPID), they already have all of this. Prepare for at least 30 minutes of sign in time the first actual visit. 30 plus questionnaire sheet. And slow processing times. I sat there for 20 plus minutes waiting for an order. I go to MD and they get everything for you while you are at the counter. I can't wait till VA has another place. Updated 9/10/25: The actual website sucks too, have to upload ID and med Card again, not just app. Can't even order over the phone, and slow as usual when picking up. AND thye tried to over charge by me by $30+ and give me a less deal than what was advertised online. Updated 7/14/26: This place has been better lately. The staff seems more knowledgeable, and wait times are slightly less. Prices are still higher than I'd like, but check the deals pages and you can usually find something to help with the price. Staff has been friendly and helpful. The actaul website works now for uploading your med Card and ID. Cant confirm if the app does or not yet.

I’ve never had issues here. Obviously they have different tier levels of bud. Rythm is closest to the “gas” you’d find on the street but more reliable. And expensive lol. Cannot deny how expensive it is but I’ve switched to mostly rosin now and it’s actually cheaper w the promotion. I’ve had times where I’ve had to wait a while when it’s busy but that’s normal. I’ve also had a time where I didn’t hear they were calling my name and prolly sat there almost 30 minutes before I realized lol. Staff is nice. I’d love to work here. Everyone seems so kind esp the front desk peoples are super sweet. I’m a very anxious person but everyone here makes you feel very comfortable. And they’re always willing to answer any questions you have. Even though it’s pricey I’d rather purchase here than on the street which I was doing for years. At least the product here is labeled by law and reliable. And you not gunna get harassed by men like you would picking up from the street.. speaking as a female.
