  Been coming here since they opened.never again. They are not sensitive to people with disabilities and i have witnessed racist attitude towards alot of black friends .They will be fake nice till you have a issue. Then they will ban you if you stand up for yourself. No I dont want the issue fixed because your promise will be just as fake as your customer service.

  Dumbest dispensary ever. How do you have an entire drive through that’s barely used by medical patients because they all need to come inside and order due to being old and not knowing how to work the website since it’s strictly pre orders only, and instead have people standing in line outside because it’s too packed. Just backwards and unevolved. Catch up to your competitors no one wants to stand in this heat choking on peoples cigarettes

  The girl with the red dyed hair is not nice nor friendly at all everyone else is but she obviously stands out. I went through the drive through to get my medical to pick up my order and I totally forgot it was just cash bland I told her that and I went inside like she told me to and when I went up to my bud tender to get my pre order he told me that my order was canceled so he he had to tap away for a good two minutes to find it out of the three years I’ve been coming here 3-4 days a week she has been my only problem if you get her as a bud tender I would ask for someone else. I’m 21 by the way and this is my first ever google review it pissed me off so much I did this Digital footprint shit

  the wait time is too long. whether the dispensary is directed for medical patients or not the WAIT IS TOO LONG. the waiting room lacks of accommodation for space and seating. this should be an in and out process. the staff is very passive aggressive as if they are aware of inadequacies within the building but care to do nothing about it. the prices are nice and affordable making this particular dispensary hard to disregard however time management and lobbby accommodations need to be worked on.

  My receipt says I got a discount -$12 for a new timer. Lol the vape was already marked down to the "new customer" price anyways...dont put it on my receipt and act like I got something special lol dumbest thing I've ever seen. How about a free t or a grinder or a pack of cones...lame ass dispo bro I wont be back. Service was good but operation blew.

  Bought 3 1g carts that were on sale when I got home I realized they gave me 0.5g carts and still charged me for the 1g. The patient sticker on the carts said 1g and the product sticker underneath said 0.5g. I am an hour and a half drive away so I can’t make the time to try to go back. DOUBLE CHECK THEY DIDN’T MESS UP AND OVER CHARGE YOU!!

  This place sells thc-a! If I wanted to smoke hemp id go to a gas station! This place is a joke! Spend your money on real products! This place sucks! Brittany was rude! My medical card for this trash! Don't bother going here!

  genuinely the worst dispensary in all of maryland. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and there’s always a problem. I showed up 15 minutes before closing last night which i’ve done multiple times as a medical patient with a pre order and they tried to tell me they can’t take anyone else. I had to go back and forth with security to finally be served. This dispensary is a joke. Their inventory is trash too, go down the road to rise and enjoy a much more welcoming and friendly experience. I will never shop at enlightened again.

  The inventory manager Emily is a wonderful hardworking, personable kind person, helped me immensely with returning my defective product , they made the transaction very pleasant I was in and out, credited my account for the defective product and let me redeem it for another product made it such a smooth transaction even in the midday madness with the dispensary full of people ,Emily took time out of her day to help me as a medical patient, I can’t thank Emily and the staff enough! ,From Brandon

  I will NEVER come here again! All of management is racist. I’ve been here a few times and every time I’ve been racially profiled. I would rather go to rise where you get treated like an actual human and not being yelled and cussed out by the staff! This is the only dispensary I’ve been to where Ive been made to feel uncomfortable. And to make things worse they have the nerve to have a long wait smh! I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes with other dispensaries but if you do decide to go here just know you will be waiting in line for an hour and when your finally seen your met with hostility. DO BETTER ENLIGHTENED I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE
