I really was impressed with the knowledge of the young man named Sidney. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. Being an older person sometimes I feel like the younger generation doesn't listen ,not Sidney, he not only listened without judgement but I had the best nights sleep in forever thanks to him. Keep up the great work

This is one of the more affordable dispos around with a decent selection. Love the staff here! They're friendly and knowledgeable, and are very customer service oriented. Special shout out to Rowan and Jeff who are the two I see the most, they are the best!

Unfortunately, overtime I’ve loved coming here, but everything is becoming too complicated with the process for not having Terpine profiles, Discrepancies in pricing from the website to just kind of feeling unwelcome in the store. It’s been a great time coming here over the past few years but today might’ve been my last visit.
- Alexandra CorleJuly 29, 2026
Absolutely love yall so much, everyone is always so incredibly nice, helpful, and informant. I had the pleasure of Sid helping me today and as always it was a great experience. Verilife New Market is my go to place <3

Couldn’t be more disappointed in Jeffrey’s combative attitude and poor service. Jeffrey immediately, continuously, and almost eagerly chose provocation, escalation, dramatic eye rolls, exaggerated sighs, and retorts instead of seeking to first understand a situation, and then calmly and professionally discuss it. Jeffrey, you’re dealing in a very basic, low-stakes transaction here. Ironically, Jeffrey wasn’t even the person I was working with (Alaina, who was kind and wonderful), but simply somebody that was all too eager to insert themself into somebody else’s conversation that was, by all means, concluded. I’ve had plenty of visits and good experiences here, but Jeffrey’s poor service is a reminder that there are too many other nearby businesses to choose from with better selection at better prices and in more convenient locations with less temperamental staff. Jeffrey, I wish you peace from whatever caused your poor attitude.
