The best shop!! Im updating my review. I never had a bad experience here. They always are kind about animals, kids and disabilities. I moved 20 min away and I still come only here.

Whoever is doing the hiring at this location needs to be praised. Doesn't matter who I see or when I go in. The customer service is second to none. Product recommendations and attentiveness are always on point.

Edit: 07/27/2026: Their service has declined, I'm expected to know the prices and exactly what I want when I go back. Their staff don't know their own stock and can't check their system, they manually have to check prices of everything. Also their intake process is significantly longer than other nearby dispensaries. If you're a regular customer other dispensaries scan your ID and let you in. Here they scan it and then do something else that takes several minutes plus a waiting room. Also their quality of GROW WEST cartridges are pretty poor, the quality of the oil is great but they often leak inside the packages before you buy them. This place has some of the best deals I can find in the Baltimore Area. Their staff are helpful and polite. This is the only place I go to.

Slow slow slow and I'll say it again Slow! Dont go if your in a hurry! Staff was great. It doesn't matter if they are busy or not you will still wait!!! The prices are just blah and all this hasn't improved in 3 years which is why I decided to post!
