Save your money. Placed a rather large order. Arrived at 7:44. Doors closed. No one answers the phone. I have been to virtually every dispensary in maryland in the last 5 years. Will NEVER visit thrive or this dispensary again. For reference this dispensary closes its doors at 7:45. I knew that and also knew I was right st the cut off. I arrived at 7:43 and was at the door right before 7:45. Someone wanted to close and leave so fine inconvenience me once. Never ever again.

Usually pretty decent service. Older ladies in the front are fantastic. The staff that usually sells the products is always good too. But there’s this one younger lady who works there who can use a quick lesson in customer service. Always having side conversations when you’re trying to check in, no greeting, and you can tell you would be in the door far quicker if she would just focus on the task at hand. Very kind otherwise from a face value but I take customer service seriously and this behavior definitely stand out to someone who frequents dispensaries of all kinds and works at a leadership level. This thing never happens at gold leaf. Went in for the final time today at 2:40pm today on 6/28/2026 and I think this will be my last time coming in. Everytime I come in I get a talk about “7 different accounts” everytime I ask if the account will be merged because clearly there’s a flaw in your system and everytime I come back it’s the same talk. Today I got it from one of the ladies who’s usually nice, asked they question again this time for the 800th and she kept repeating the instructions I’ve already heard 😂 then when I mentioned hearing this many times is fatiguing she caught a attitude and said “have a nice day” I literally walked out. Mr.Love, Cam and the guy with curly hair are joys but I can come here anymore. Screw this place, the management clearly doesn’t care about discipline, leadership, or updating systems.

Store was nice. Still reviewing product. Little mistake with the bartender. I told him I wanted to try three of the $20 grams and he mentioned cheetah piss and I said that's one of the $20 ones expecting him to give me the other two that he gave me three of the same. They packaging up so fast and you don't get to look at it till you leave the store.
